Okay so I have been using my 401 for about a week and a half now. I ran out of the cartridges they gave me pretty quickly and instead of buying more I went economical and bought liquid instead.

So I drip and I puff. 3,4 maybe even 5 drags then boom....nothing comes out. I open up the cartridge and there those tiny little fibers so shiny with liquid are attached to my atomizer. Then I have to take them off and get the liquid which I just put on them all over my fingers as I try to stuff the fibers back into place. This is about the most frustrating thing in the world. I am puffing then it stops and I open it up and without fail the stupid little fibers get sucked up into the atomizer.

At first I thought I was pulling too hard. Becoming over-zealous for the vapor. I'm beginning to think this dang thing is just flawed. Anyone else having these redrip issues? It's killing my atomizers and I can't get a decent vaping session. If you have this problem and found a way around it for hte love of god share it. I'm a pretty chill guy but this is top 5 most annoying things I have come across.

Like Wiz said... make sure the "fuzz" is flat with the end of the cart. If you are using a paperclip to push it up before you refill it... use that same paperclip to push it back down in there into the mouthpiece before you put it back together. I notice if the cart is not all the way into the mouthpiece and the atomizer hits it when I put it back together.. then I end up with fuzzies on the atomizer. Also... if you are re-stuffing carts with new poly stuffing.. use fluval instead of batting. Reduces the fuzzies.

hi hanso . I gave up on cart refilling along time ago they are simply to much hassle on
a m401/evo ,they are ok for direct dripping though .If your not already ,just drip about 2 drops
on to the steel wick and wait for it to soak in a few seconds (the wick actually carries the fluid up behind the heating element) then add another couple of drops .this should get about 12-15 very good puffs .If your a good aim you could also just drip 1 or 2 drops down onto the batting to keep it moist it can get bit fluffy sometimes and get stuck to the steel wick. Just a well tried and tested technique hope it helps :)
