New to e-cigs, about 2 weeks, my first attempt @ refill was to put the cap on the mouth end and drip the batt end while occasionally pulling on the cap to suck the juice in. This is a GREAT find as I have just done my 2nd refill on 10 carts in minutes with much less mess! My vaping seems to be fuller and better than even with new carts!
Thank You, Dogsbody!

I have been telling people about this for some time (many of them veterans) and so I thought I should post it somewhere, as I am so surprised how many people don't know about this...

If using empty cartos, make sure the carto is completely filled, with the liquid evenly distributed in the filler, before first use. I find the carto condom technique the best/easiest.
Then remove plastic/rubber cap with pointed implement, add drip tip (I prefer delrin), and smoke! :smokie:
You can then continue to add drops via the drip tip as, and when, required.
Or for topping up, some people find it is better to just pull out drip tip and add a few drops around the sides of the chamber, for better distribution of the liquid in the carto.

And not only does this mean you can very easily keep your carto filled up, but the tip is much nicer on the lips, and also protects them in case your carto gets hot.

I am presuming that this will work well in the new style E2 cartos also.

Excellent idea!! First time refilling my cartos and it worked beautifully! Just put mouthpiece end into cap and push slowly. my smoketip cartos take a full cap +. I'm glad I checked this forum, because I'm new to e cigs and wasn't sure I could even refill them. Hit and vapor production much better with juice. Thanks for the help!!!

I've only been vaping a bit over 2 months but I have yet to 'wear out' either a cartridge or atty that wasn't already DOA. Heard others say that atty's last longer though..
Thanks for the guide. I was going to order some 510 cartos for my SD mk2. I just wonder why there is a difference in price between cartos and attys, doe cartos last as long? If so I'd rather buy those and refill than attys!
