Ok.

So here are a few questions.

Q: I notice a lot of people refill their carts, I have only just been using the carts and tossing them out. Besides the cost saving for the little amount of work, do they taste just as good? and is it better to buy blanks with juice or just refill a flavored cart?

Q: Is there a better way of knowing when my cart is done other than waiting for the nasty taste to appear? or is the cart actually done when the flavor is gone? I notice i still get good pull and vape even when the flavor is gone.

Thanks

I don't understand why people say don't get it in the center hole when they drip refill and then when they use the condom method it goes straight into the center hole...

Deezpuffs, the reason you don't drip directly into the center hole is because it will drip right back out the other end...and with a condom fill method, you are forcing the juice up INTO the batting, not all the way up and out of the cartomizer.

A: To me they taste just as fine, I really like the refilling, IMO it saves you a crap load and here's the math to prove it.

5 cartos=$10
5 cartos also=5ml's
5ml=$3

So just go from there and you can figure the rest out. two 30ML bottles last me 6 weeks.

30ml bottle=$13
6 boxes of 5 cartos each=30ml
6 boxes=$60

your savings using a 30ml bottle=$47

A: Yes there is, when the flavor is gone there's no juice in there.

Here's a refill trick incase you are going to refill.

A: The taste is not exactly the same as a prefilled carto for most flavors, but it's really close. There is nothing wrong with using carts and tossing them out if the cost isn't a problem. Myself, I prefer to refill since I can play doctor with the juice before refilling.. Sometimes I add a little sweetener, sometimes a little VG, depends on what I'm looking to change.

A: By nasty taste, do you mean the burning taste, or just flavor loss? I find that about 10 drags after flavor loss, I get the burning taste, so I just stop once I realize it's not quite as strong as it was.

Ahh I see... I haven't refilled yet. Thanks for explaining :thumb:.

I have found that I actually prefer the juice over prefilled for most of the flavors I like. The process of filling and topping off is also part of the enjoyment I get from vaping. Not to mention it does save money in the long run.

When you start losing flavor, that is a sure sign to top off or switch up. The carto will continue to produce vapor for a while after this, but you will get that nasty taste quickly if you keep puffing. Learning when a carto is done takes a bit of practice, but you will soon be an expert.
