We can use an end cap off another carto if one gets mangled. I just don't have it in me to toss an atomizer that is still functioning after having to pay so much for the ones on my mods.

lol i have a couple that the end caps broke and still use it with just the one sleeve in place and no end

If you put too much fluid in a cart, does it ruin it? I have a couple carts that I have refilled maybe 3 or 4 times that don't seem to be working anymore. :(

I would try rinsing one out really well in warm water, blowing them out and refilling it with 17 to 20 drops of liquid. Or is that what you have done? I have refilled one particular carto like 10 times so far doing that method. I am trying to see how long it will last ;)

Slightly OT, nut not really....

For easier refilling... I have taken to replacing my cartomizer tips (both the white plastic ones and the clear rubber inside ring) with the cart tips from the DSE901 models. This has been working out very well for me, I enjoy using the flat tips better on my lips, and it's much easier to pop off the tip to refill the cart, and then just stick the tip back in again. No tools to mess around with and my fingers stay juice free. I plan on posting a thread about this once I have honed my system a little better.

How much and how hard should I blow in them? Through the mouth piece end? I've never done this before. I think a few of mine burnt out on me, but I could try washing them. I think I have to be more careful about stopping when there is a taste change, sometimes it's barely noticeable.. I usually wait until there is a distinct taste change before changing the cart. Even so, I have never been able to put over 16 drops in a cart without it looking overflowed. Hmm

JenJen, do you do this even if you are not changing the flavor everytime?
