Refilling pre-filled attys

Do I have to make sure that the centre of the atty is clear when I refill a pre loaded, such as I can see str8 thru and see light?

I'm assuming you are referring to cartomizers as opposed to atomizers. It's a good thing if you can see through them, but not strictly necessary. Some types are more likely to maintain a clear center tube than others.

Uhhhh Attys dont come prefilled...as Cyberwolf so diplomatically pointed out. Cartridges come prefilled, I didnt know cartomizers came prefilled, I dont buy prefilled carts.

Cartomizers - I want to see light through that center air channel. After I add juice, I tilt the open end down into a tissue (or the sink, or the ground outside) and puff into the threaded end to clear the center channel. If it is not clear then that juice may end up on your battery or in your mouth.

cartomizer is from cart+atomizer because it is like a combined cart and atomizer
