Guys, I am trying to refill with a syringe by passing the needle between the filler and the metal wall (boge carto). i start down and for some reason, juice starts dripping from the battery end without really noticing a flooding at the mouth end. Am i doing it wrong? I just put around 0.5 ml in one press, are there any wholes down there where the juice can go into the post?

Well what I do when I syringe fill, is as I am pushing, I bring the needle up toward the top..I then repeat that a couple of more times while covering the circumference of the carto. I think if it is all "given" towards the bottom, it will all go through the bottom..before it has a chance to soak up.

If you are not familiar with the "condom method" of cartomizer filling, I would suggest that it is the easiest way to do it. Maybe some of those links in post #2 explain how, or you can search for it on youtube. No syringe is needed.

If you use a syringe, PittBoss is correct. You want to distribute the juice from the bottom to the top in several place around the circumference of the carto. Let it soak a while until it's absorbed. If you overfill it, you can blow out the excess from the battery end. You can also look up "Taryn Spin" on youtube to find out how to maximize the amount of juice the carto will hold.

Aalvani, I use a needle and syringe often, so maybe I can help you. Do you know what gauge (size) your needle is? I use an 18g sharp needle. I insert the needle between the carto wall and the filler only halfway down--(not touching the carto floor) and slowly push the plunger as I pull the syringe up and out of the cartomizer. You have to it really slowly! The filler in Boge cartos tends to be packed very tightly and it takes some time to get it fully saturated. If you rush the process, you will force the liquid out of your carto.

I am not familiar with the anatomy of the carto. Do you mean the liquid in the bottom can go through the post without noticing? I thought the post won't have liquid unless it is from the top.

when using a syringe how many ml the boge 2.0 carto can take?

Standard size Boge carto takes ~1 ml. Maybe a few drops more than that. Make sure it's very well saturated when filling for the first time. Once the filler is wet, subsequent refills are easy. Top off early and top off often! :) Gotta keep them wet!
