Please forward this to SmokeyJoe, as I have attempted to PM this to him, at least 15 times and the server will not verify sending it. This is an attempt to get this information to him and due to server problems, this is my only recourse. I am printing out all correspondence to have hard copies.

I understand if you refuse this request. That is not a problem. I will simply file in small claims court, here, and when you do not show (in our small claims, you cannot send a representative, it must be you) I will win by default.
Failure to obey the court's order will make the issue reviewable by our state's Attorney General, who is looking right now to stamp out internet fraud.
