Registering my new ProVari

    I did not purchase my ProVari from ProVape, but rather from a vendor at a convention.

    Does anyone know how one who did not get one online gets their device registered for warranty service? Do I just keep my receipt and provide proof of purchase if I need service?

    I was actually wondering the same thing. I bought mine from a vape shop but from what I understand you keep the reciept and as long as you send it in with your ProVari if something unfortunate happens they will repair it if the reciept shows it is within a year of purchase. I would think thats how it works considering ive searched the whole website and not found a place to register it

    You keep the receipt. I know cause I bought my first one from a b & my and I emailed provape to find out before I purchased it.
