It seems there are some key locations that should be registered to.
I just found most of this stuff yesterday, and I've been here for over a week now. I know we all start with some ignorance, but I've been reading non-stop and I just found some of it. Soooo much information. When you actually find what feels super important soooo much time is lost. NOT a good thing!!

A very powerful tool when the folks here say "Digg" this get it's appearance up top. You want to see a good Medical Study and it's below 50 other topics in that category? DIGG IT THEN!!
