Not only does the Prodigy V2 not work, no matter how many batteries, atomizers, positioning and putting the switch back together, it even shipped with an 801 atty in the 510 full kit. This I imagine would be really bad had this been my first mod and had I not had a dozen 510 atomizers sitting around.

Yes I don't own a multimeter.. Given the number of parts, there can't be that many ways I'm missing in trying to fix it. Don't even know where to begin. Hit the switch, dead.

I've backed out the switch and screwed the adapter on to seat the switch, tightened, loosened, used several charged pairs of yellow tenergys since I own a V1. Nothing. :(

MG --

Lets start from the switch and work our way out!

#1 easiest way to tell if your switch is working (without a multimeter) -- Assemble the Prodigy without the adapter on. Put your tongue on the aluminum post and you will feel a very slight tingle when you hit the button. Give that a shot, and then we will know whether or not its the adapter. I have yet to see a single V2 switch not work btw :)

EDIT: Its a tingle - not a zap or anything intense - Definitely a safe method of testing :)

Any mechanical mod Ive used has gotten a lil offset in the ddelivery process. Once you know that the posts all move and take the rare occasional adjustment - Everythings gravey :D

I knew from a previous mod that if I just moved that center post a lil the contact would be there...Smooth sailing ever since! Great lil' mod!!

Copy -- Which seems to be our only issue! We went over a few things in the shipping thread. If you are still up and awake, I will PM you my phone number quick and we can trouble shoot. Shouldn't take more than just a couple minutes to get your up and running :)

Is this simply the best customer service ever or what? :)

Hey, Steve: what's the situation with the button? Is the body of the button supposed to move? On the V1 the button base is rock solid and only the button itself moves up and down. On my V2 the button base and the button both move, as if there's a very small amount of play between the housing and the tube. Is that normal?
