Does anyone have any suggestions for dry burning 510-T atties? You can't see what's under the spike to see if the coil is glowing or not.

Try doing it in darken room. I had the same problem with my 901 atties, because the coil is WY down inside them and covered with a pretty thick screen and wick. In a dark room, you can see the glow just fine.

I just go into the bathroom, close the door, and turn off the lights (our bathroom is "landlocked" and has no windows).

I got my reo and have been using it the last few days... It's great, built like a tank and it works exactly as described, however flavor doesn't seem to be quite as good as straight dripping. Maybe it's all in my head though since it's basically the same thing. Maybe it's the atty? Using a brand new Joye LR 510. Going to get some empiremods atty's and see how they do on it.

I realize this is a dripping thread, but my girlfriend uses the little 808 batteries and she recently got a Kanger T4 clearomizer for it. I have HATED every clearo I have tried, but this one surprised me. Flavor and vapor production are excellent. Certainly far superior to cartos and not much bigger in size. Easy to fill and so far zero leaks. Handled MOV Sunday Morning with no problem.

Oh yeah, I gotta try this. Thanks!

Update: Nope. I could hear it, though. There's a plate almost completely obscuring the underside. But mine is a no-name that came as part of a cheap kit from FastTech. I haven't tried the better quality atty's yet. Thanks agaih.

I too have noticed the slight decrease in flavor between dripping and bottom feeding on my HH.357s and Cisco LR atties. Rebuildables are better on a REO, but that's a topic for another thread.

Dripping to me is what smoking a pipe was when I used to smoke mainly cigarettes. When I get home after a very good (or extra stressful) day, I pop my 2 ohm HH.357 long barrel on my Provari at 4.3V, 3 drops of whatever juice I feel like having (if atty is new or recently cleaned I prime with exactly 10 drops), and savor the unparalleled, full flavored billowing clouds of vapor.

On the go, it's arguably the least practical way to vape. But used as I described, little to nothing is as good as dripping on an HH.357, in my opinion.

When the drinking days were fun they were some of my best times, hard to keep still soaking up sunshine at the beach. Easier to dive into cold water when a little drunk and play fish, funner listening to the best CDs with loud on play longer with the kids at the park, or board games or any kid games, except cartoons...ewe MAYBE Sesame Street....
But when all that turns into alcoholism its a WHOLE new ball game and too bad too sad i never gt revisit the fun feelings...no matter how hard i tied! Ewe....baaaad days

After being sober for a while, my average days sober are still way better than my best days as a drunk.

I hear ya. 25 years of practice living one day at a time :)

I have been waiting until Empiremods had 1.5 510's back in stock to order... I got impatient this morning and ordered a 1.8 instead. Just looked at their website and now they have the 1.5's back in stock. Dang it!

Email Keith and see if he can switch 'em. He's very responsive to his customers.

Started as a carto user, tried several tanks, then switched to 100% dripping. I use bridge-less 510 attys from Nhaler.

One of the early tips I got is my favorite, but it's metal and I can't any like it. The plastic ones I've tried are more prone to give me a juice hit from time to time. What your favorite tip?

I have that problem with my delrin tips, so I always give it a quick blow after dripping.
I recently got a glass tip and that one never gets juice stuck in it, which is why it's now my favorite.

I guess I consider myself a dripper. I started with normal old carts and atties. I tried the cartos at the time, just a big disappointment, weak vape, no flavor, and a big waste of juice. I now use the pump carts with regular atties, which give me a very good vape, and I can drive without fiddling with my set-up. Unfortunately, I can't find a US vendor that carries pump carts any more. They do crack after much use (and I am not the most careful person), so I am worried now that I won't be able to replenish when I need them. It is just not feasible for me to drip all the time, especially with greasy hands (work). Plus, I guess I am just plain lazy!!

I thought no one was old school anymore! I am so happy to see that I am not all alone anymore (even though I may not technically be a true dripper)!:tumble:
