I agree Tibs...this is overwelming her...lets get her used to the way things are done & let her continue to practice and ask questions...then when shes more aware of how things are done it will be time ... that leaves another opening needed for list people...if Morri agree's to do the Pm's...

I think Morri will catch on pretty fast...but more practice time will be good, and we NEED someone to send the pm's

If I could have a job that would help you guys with less stress....like editing, I would be so much more happy.
and if you want me to keep practicing and stuff until you think I am ready for editing, that is ok with me. But, only if you need me too. There are some things I should not try to do, while taking the kinds of meds that I take. They make me have problems with concentration at the very least.
I loves you guys and do not want to be problems, I want to help with solutions.

what i would like morri to do is practice adding on all new arrivals in tom's thread independently from current editor and without peeking to see how close she'll get .....
I say let her do the list editing. Just don't expect her to be psychic. Give it, and her, time.
As for PMs.... Let the thread starters communicate with the pre-vets. Spreads the workload, gets people acquainted. IMO.

I know those aren't follow-up PM's for themes. But we do send PM's to people we recognize... (like from August's list). So... ????

I think "help of a friend" refers to the PMs we send out to people we recognize, we're often " the friend", but any vet could be ( for example the reonaughts are great about getting their pre-vets to the thread)

I do mention when I am in different threads that I have a lil work to do at Pre-Vets...if you want to know what that is follow the lil blue thingy on my tag..
I mention that I sometimes change my avatar to honor vets with their pre-vet parties, etc. I often mention these things and tell peeps to PM me if they want to know anything about it.
I am trying to put out more exposure to everyone about the pre-vets and the kind of things we do.
and.......I don't want to be an editor anymore please.

lol, atty - unfortunately, we expect the list to be accurate once updates have been posted and we do rely on them. while there's still plenty of time before we might have to put morri in rotation we need to make sure she's thouroughly comfortable with editing ....
