Does anyone know if the Smoktech Terminator (the killer 705 clone) will work on a Reo Grand? I already have a Terminator sitting around and my Reo Grand was just ordered yesterday and it would be awesome not to have to spend any more money on stuff.
What is the benefit of a reomizer over a different bottom fed rba like the eternity?
Eternity can be used as bottom fed but the wick and coil sit very high making it hard for the juice to reach it when squonking. The posts are also very weak and you can only use very thin wire with like 34 or 36 gauge. 32 will fit but it is really too tight and easy to snap the posts off trying to get it to work. The Eternity will work but not very well as a bF rba.
The RM2 is designed (modified) to work on the REO, low coil hight, wide easy to build upon posts, ceramic floor with a drain and much sturdier overall. I have used both and it's a night and day difference.
Cool thanks - so it essentially drains better than other bottom fed RBA? That's great - ordered a mini 2.1 and a reomizer yesterday, excited to try it.
Hello everyone! Been searching the forum and found this thread. Im hoping by what Ive read here you guys can help me make the best decision. I just bought my first reo mini, hopefully it will be in the mail tomorrowThe main purpose I bought the mini is because I needed something that was low maintenance, produce a consistent quality of vap, & last all day on one battery & tank. I drive a delivery truck for a living, I'm in and out of my truck probably 30 times a day. So I really need something that can withstand these elements. Im feed up with tanks flooding, heads burning out, coils popping, batteries dying etc. etc. Anyway you guys tell whats the best way to vap the mini. Im comfortable wrapping a coil and testing the ohms so if using an RBA is the best way then Im ok with that. Most of the pics Ive seen, people are using cartomizers. I have never used cartos before so Im kind of at a loss with whats best. I normally vap higher VG juices at lower ohms. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks guys
The A6S is a bottom fed rebuildable that fits the Grand and 2.1 The topcap needs a hole drilled in it, it's designed to get air from the bottom. The A6 which is a dripper model but has a nicer cap with a hole drilled in it. The connector is sealed but the insulator can be cut for BF use, like the other clones. It's got thumb screws which seems nice but I used pliers to get them tight. The thread is the same as RM2 screws but the thumb part and thread are both too long. I tried it on there and the top cap hit the thumb part, shorting and locking it together. Had to use channel lock pliers to get the atty open. They are cheap and China, one had a loose cent post. They do vape pretty good once you get them tweaked in though. Not a ringing endorsement but if you like to fiddle they are fun.

All his pics aren't showing for me. The drawing, where its grey and says "Don't cut here" I cut that out too. I use a box knife and make two cuts straight down, leaving a narrow slit all the way up the insulator. When you do this mod the atty acts more like an RM2 because it sucks out all the excess juice. The one with hole on the post only sucks juice until the level is low enough for it to draw air in the hole. I out orings under all my attys but I'd really encourage one with this type of modification. It'd be easy for juice or air to leak into the connection if you don't have it sealed up around the connector.
