Good morning all. Black friday was a bust for me except for the vapemail. Just did not see anything special.

The new holster is a quality piece of work, fits perfect and I can even squonk in the holster. Seems rugged enough for every day carry.

My coils fall into a no-man's land. They are not ugly, but they are spaced a little. They are typically duals of either 24 or 26g kanthal and they are too big to be considered microcoils. I wrap them using a drilbit or screwdriver, but that's just because i have been making coils for so long that i find it easy.

I tried dual parallels with 27g, but my juice clogged them in about 2 days. I like to vape at about 0.3Ω.

I have a Darkzero coil jig for wrapping R41 wire, because that takes a lot of torching and effort to get into shape and i'm pretty sure it was designed to make people bleed! It's tough as old boots, but it lasts ages and i use it in my emergency backup atties.

Good Morning! What's the deal with leaving a lil space between your wraps? Just curious.... I usually fuse mine!

Thanks, Gotcha yeah, I tried a loose continuous dual Micro coil on the Veritas..... but I think I built it too low @ .33

and couldn't get rid of the vertical hot legs ...

... soo I scrapped em and replaced it with single fused .80 ohm........

Nah, it requires planning!
I have it down to a science. Seems to take just a few quick steps.
Grab a cup of coffee, fill your belly, Set the heater slightly warmer, and find a comfy recliner/couch.
Does me in every time!
