Sounds like the title of a bad porn movie but, I know, but Really, I'm referring to the rear inside wall of a reo mini.

It can be milled for an 18mm bat but the rear would be foil like in integrity. I'm thinking mill it down anyway,, epoxy a nice hunk of cocobolo - over the thin metal, blend the wood into the metal, declare victory and deal separately with the door.

Metal stock and magnets on the door ends is the only way to go. I'm also thinking of opening up the dovetails square in the frame, and glueing 1/8" brass or copper square stock to the edges so the metal clicks in the opened, squared and deepened dovetail.

Magnets would have to be milled into brass and aluminum and epoxied in it the milled holes.

I would go downstairs and fire up the Bridgeport but it's too hot, and I've been drinking white moscato from Asti. Need the fingers for work, and to pick my nose and such,

I dont see the room for all the electronics in the current Box for that to work ! it's a god thought though and could be done with a bigger box for sure.

As for the door design I have shown the door would only open by sliding it upward and the 2 magnets would stay up top to hold the door, it would work there is no doubt in my mind. I do see what your talking about as far as the Batt goes Pack21 but I have an idea of how to make the contact points work as well, no need to go there though because your going to roll with it your way and thats cool go for it, nice PM'ing with you

What is your idea to the battery contacts, which I learn is by listening all Reonauti ideas, and then joining them in my head ... ehehehe.

Another thing that goes in my head........after all is done and working properly is to give a new anodizing to my Reo, to keep him shining .... due to high temperatures, have to take the o-ring connector and good was all the connector 510.

Does anyone have an idea how to get and replace the connector 510..... will be threaded? or was put to pressure ..... how can I make without messing up my precious.:D

You could squeeze a VV circuit in a Grand with some minor Dremel work and using a 3ml bottle.

I had it all mocked up but couldn't bring myself to it. If I can get ahold of a beat up grand or an unfinished one, I will.

Nice ideia! i will buy a Grand, open my Provari, take the chip, and them transplants it on GranD!

eheheh.....kiding, but keeping in mind! :D

Powder coat.

Actually this stuff called Ceracoat. It's ceramic paint baked in an oven at 375F. The US Military uses it. Airbrush on, Ceramic on metal, bake, very strong. Can't be cut with a knife. That on the body and wood for the front and back. The wood would have to be strong. I think curly maple for the strength. Ash is nice but has no grain. Mahogany is too common. Cocobolo is nice if you don't ruin it when you cut it. Black Ebony might be the answer, the stuff they make violin tuning pegs from.

Yep, that's correct. Nectar of the gods. Blue bottle, slight fizz, very sweet. Comes from Very Northern Italy, Swiss border grown white grapes. Can only do a glass or two at most. This in not the wine you want to slug all day.

Visions of Linda Blair and projectile you know the rest...for consuming mass quantities. Warning to the young

And she's my German girlfriend. I wanted a real one but my wife of 30 years said no so I had to settle for Helga.
She's a 1973 Super with 92mm pistons, 78mm stroke. Dual 44mm webber high risers, hemispherical heads, custom heads - hand cast and polished by a 65 year old hippie living in northern California. She loves to eat Honda Accords with loud exhausts that play Rap music. She goes zero to 100 pretty quick for an old girl

That baby is in A++ condition and I love the color of it. The real Kaefer's are so hard to come by + if you find one in top condition you probably know best they cost you a arm and lag. Keep enjoying your Helga beautiful car.
