REO Mod Customer Service is Superb

My little brother's 21st Birthday was last week. He has chewed tobacco since he was 13 and occasionally smoked cigarettes. Lately, he has been smoking about 1 PAD. My Reos have always sparked his interest so he went out and bought some decent juice and some ego type battery. His tanks keep acting up and he is annoyed. So he started looking at other mods and was interested...I said, NO you need a REO- YOU LOVE MINE! Plus Rob is the man!

So last night around 10:30pm we were at the bar and he was super jazzed to pull the trigger on a REO but said the color he wanted was out of stock. I sent Rob an email around 11pm requesting an invoice for the reo, reomizer, and some parts.

This morning I woke up and the invoice was already in my email with EVERY item I asked for. I PAID with a smile on my face.

I'm super excited for my brother because I KNOW he is going to love the mini 2.1's performance. I can't wait to see his face when he pulls it out of the box, sets it up, and takes that first toke off his very own reo!

So, this thread was meant to give a SPECIAL thanks to Rob and his SUPERIOR customer service. I can't count the times I've had to call Rob with questions, or send him an email. He is quick and professional. True Awesomeness!

Before the woodvil sale: I sent Rob a reo grand to have a new 510 connector installed and a local re-finish. Also a list of some RM2s and acc. At this point, I don't have any plans on buying a woodvil

During the woodvil sale: I ended up getting one. SURPRISE! Same question as some, will you combine shipping. We all got the same answer. So I just asked him if I can change some of the accessories I ordered. He asked me if I have an invoice #. I said not yet per our agreement. In fact, according to USPS, he should've just gotten it late that Friday afternoon.

After the woodvil sale: Over the weekend, as busy as he is with all the woods flying out the door, I got an invoice. I paid. I received 2 USPS tracking that shipped Monday. One for the wood and one for my grand. Should have it today.

I guess he took care of me first before he took that long deserved nap....

Rob should be the standard for customer service!!! :rickroll:

That is a really cool thing to do for you're bother. And Rob's awesome customer service is one of the biggest reasons I always call REOville "a happy place". The other is the awesome folks in this forum. Its the best group of people I've ever come across on the internet!

I was thinking about doing something similar for a friend of mine at work. Won't he be amazed when the REO GRAND with upgraded contacts (already setup with a dialed in RM2) is the first mod he ever owns. :) :) :vapor:

That might be the first and ONLY type of mod he owns after that LOL.

Rob is the BEST!! Hubs and I tell everyone we talk REO's to about Rob, the amazing quality of his REO's and his top notch customer service, they can't be beat!! I also had the same problems with carto's and batteries and now not 1! I've never looked back either. Hubs was happy with his batteries and protanks, then I got him a REO and he's given away everything else and vapes his REO exclusively as well. Now my 18 year old daughter who is a closet smoker is asking for her own. UGH!! :mad:
