I just diy'd my first small batch of flavored juice. Thanks Big Hitter Tim. I did it to recreate the very faint craveloupe flavor remnants in the woodvil I got from him.

It is a VERY light 12 mg 90% VG mix and it is spot on (I think) to the remnant flavors. I like it so much it's in that woodvil and in...

My grand.

Heck yeah. :)

I have tried several of the top juices from many of the top venders out there and I keep coming back to Pink Spot Vapors. If you are in the mood for a flavorful tobacco that has better flavor than Bobba's Bounty, imo it does not get better than Swagger. If you like a tasty fruit vape I would check out Watermelon Wave or Frozen Lime Drop. Just my :2c:

Since Boba's Bounty has been out its been my adv, but i also really enjoy
Gorilla Juice
Ikenvape RY4 G
El Kamino is another I like.

I enjoy my tobacco juices BUT every once in a while I really do enjoy Deadly Sin from Good Life Vapor for short periods of time.

And let me tell you, these juices have never tasted better since I got my Reo with the rm2!

Love their French Vanilla, just reordered and threw in a 6ml bottle of Swagger. Thanks for the tip!

At the moment, I have been on a batch of Vapor Chef juices, they are my highest VG concentrations on hand at 6mg. Since I have had my Grand, I have nic'ed myself into a coma a couple of times (with 6mg!!!). I haven't done that since I started almost a year ago on 18 and 12 mg! This thing is awesome.
I have a bunch of 12mg that is useless now.

Can't really tell yet...
cause i only started using my REO yesterday.

What i can tell is that the REO + Reomizer brings out a whole other dimension in my fav
juices i used with other devices. So far i tried Swagger and watermelon-wave from
pink-spot (aroma, DIY). And the REO is really making it sing.

Flavor on REO > flavor on Taifun GT, Squape... definitely. Also better than my Trident V2 RDA, dripping in 306/501.

unflavored 70vg/30pg @ 6mg nic. I do 10ml batches with a few drops of Nude Nicotine Pathouli Vanilla concentrate. AD ED
I like Karen's style, it keeps your palate from oversaturation by always tweaking just a bit in your favorite flave wheelhouse
Thanks Russ, I wouldn't have had the courage to jump into unflavored if it wasn't all your raving about it. You were right:D

My ADV is well steeped Boba's Bounty....my co-workers can't believe how good it is, needs to be steeped for 2 weeks imo tho...

Out of 50 bottles of other juice, the only others that are truly outstanding vapes:

Grants vanilla custard- my #1 just can't vape all day long....
Nana's cream from Vapetrik - sweet banana custard with something special
Hype from AVE - melon something, very addicting (awesome, just not enought throat hit)

Hey element-
I'm seriously considering jumping in the DIY pool. What was the learning curve like? Did you learn anything that you would have done differently in the beginning? Any costs that could be avoided/optimized? Did you start small or go whole hog?
Thanks. Got me curious. Sorry to threadjack.

right now my all day vape is halo freedom juice, which I really like, but its pretty much the only thing I care for for everyday for the past week or so & its starting to get blah. don't get me wrong I still like it but damn would it be nice to find another 2 or 3 all dayers.

ordered damn near every juice halo had...
only cared for the Belgium cocoa which is good but imo not a all day vape...
and a menthal from them mystic, or kringle's curse...but same as above couldn't see it as all day thing.

ordered a few from juicemafia that were crap.

I put in a order for a few from velvet cloud vapor hoping for something good from them.

hopfully I don't have to spends hundreds upon hundreds to find something I like enough to load up the 6ml bottle & go about my day.

I know everyones tastes are different, but wouldn't mind hearing perhaps your top 2 or 3...

JAYNY:blink:
If you're fav is Freedom juice from Halo, you're obviously a little like me. You like complex, deep, quality tobacco juices.
Based on that assumption right there.
I'm going to suggest......
Heather's Heavenly Vapes.
Try her "Legend" "Pirate's Booty" and "Heavenly Tobacco" and or "Sludge" which is also excellent.. basically anything from her tobacco range will be worth trying. I've tried a LOT from a LOT of vendors. IMHO Heather's is the business for complex, interesting, not too sweet tobaccos.

I've got a sneaking suspicion your next ADV is in that above list.

Is flavorless really flavorless? Is it kinda like water, where theres a flavor in the non-flavor? (If that makes any sense)

I'm curious because it would obviously be a cheaper alternative. Next payday I have my shopping list for a diy juice mad scientist lab, but maybe I don't need to buy as many flavoring as I was planning.

i am waiting for some monkey poo! he'll get to it! NET with fluff i am led to believe - can hardly wait!

i normally just make my own and my ADV is apple fritter from Jack who's dead no so you cannot check! It's better than all that. So just to be an ... here's the recipe.

"APPLE FRITTER

Ratman renamed it
FLAMING APPLE FRITTER

Obviously you can use any PG/VG base and nic mg that you prefer, I use a 65PG/35VG base at 24mg.

Since, as they say, taste is subjective people may prefer different brands of flavoring but I tend to use Capella with the one exception in this mix being TFA Cinnamon Red Hots. This is the closest I've found to the old jawbreaker Fireball.

Capella Apple Pie............................ 8 to 10% (Adjust to taste)

Capella Cinnamon Danish Swirl.......... 8 to 10% (Adjust to taste)

TFA Cinnamon Red Hots.................... There is no percentage for this ingredient, it is merely added to give a stronger Cinnamon taste and to create a nuclear explosion in your mouth. To give you an idea of how hot I like it I buy 2, 30ml bottles of Red Hots at a time. (I found that trying to skip the Red Hots and just using a higher percentage of Cinnamon Danish Swirl does not mimic the Cinnamon effect, it actually dulls the flavor and throat hit.

Red Apple or Red Apple/Green Apple combination. (High Desert Vapes sells a really good Red Apple/Green Apple flavoring. I add it to my juice, gives it just a hint of a tart apple flavor. It's not imperative that you use it but it does add just a little something. Sometimes I add a straight Red Apple flavoring, gives the juice a bit of an apple slice coated in cinnamon flavor. I find it to be very refreshing.

Sucralose........................................ Add to taste. I like a very sweet juice so I use quite a bit. Make note that Capella flavors are UNSWEETENED so even if you don't like a real sweet taste you'll probably still need some sweetener in it. EM, (cotton candy), does not work nearly as well for sweetening as Sucralose but some may prefer it.

Natural lemon juice or LorAnn's, Tart & Sour, (they both do the same thing).... This will bring out the apple flavor by giving it a little POP. Start by adding 1 drop per ml then adjust for taste.

Vinegar, either white or Apple Cider. Brings out the desert portion of the mix, (pie crust and danish). Use the same as the lemon juice, start with 1 drop per ml then after steeping for a while adjust for taste. (Don't worry about the vinegar smell, it goes away with as little as a short hot water bath or just plain steeping. There is no reason to leave the bottle cap off."

For the past few months I've been vaping diy 100% VG flavorless at 6mg or 3mg later at night. The higher nic stuff I vape during the day sometimes makes it hard for me to fall asleep if I don't cut it back later in the afternoon/evening. It has a flavor. It's hard to describe. It is like a very subtle tobacco maybe? not really? I don't know how to describe it. It isn't bad at all. Tobacco might not be right. I think I saw Super X or someone that vapes flavorless a lot describe it as a Marlboro light. That is pretty close, but not really. My all day lately is Copper Creek House Blend, 100%VG at 24mg with my morning coffee and 12mg into the afternoon. The unflavored is a nice break to reset the taste buds, but I still crave the bolder flavors, especially in the mornings for some reason.

I can give you my take on Velvet Cloud Vapor, I have been buying them a long while. I really don't like sweet liquids so I get there tobacco blends. They are 100% VG and and the tobacco notes are subtle but you know they are there. IMHO the Burley Beard and Caramel tobacco are fantastic right out of the bottle. My favorite is the Blue Beard but it needs to steep about a week. The White Beard is good but a little to sweet for me and I haven't tried the Vanilla tobacco. They are premium liquids with great customer service located in the Bay area of San Francisco.
Others that I always have on hand are Boba's, Gorilla juice, Ginger's RY4 from Vapor Room.

Unflavored nic base in ratios of 75% VG or higher taste very much like a light cig - very bland and satisfying. Cost is a big plus, but not the reason I vape it. It is also VERY gently on your vape gear, wicks, coils etc...

I just started to add a couple of drops of flavors to it to replicate a very light remnant flavor.

It is barely perceptible but I like it and mixed another 20 ml batch with 12 mg 90% VG yesterday :)
