Hehehehhe. I said I'm satisfied w/the mods I have but doesn't mean I wouldn't get more. Although I'd go broke if I played catch up with you!Kiddie Cruiser.
No cuz I have the 2 mini ProVari. So my 18490s work in the mini REO not the Grand. Main reason why I got the mini REO to begin with..so I could swap around batts. I guess my planning for the Grand was an epic fail. LOL I was more worried about the looks and toppers. Never thought about how to fire it w/out batts

Oh, rats! That's exactly why I'm wanting a Grand…to make use of all those batteries. (at least that sounds like a good justification to me) Sorry you don't live closer. I could hook you up on the 18650s.

Thought about it but it's about 40 mins away and I'm not super fond of the shop. But thanks! I got them coming from RTD Vapor and I needed more 18490 and Kanthal too
I know right???? I LOVE it now. Even tho my coils are fine and I could dry burn, I just rebuild cuz it's fun. So now the big challenge is building my first dual on the RM3 and Odin. Sqquueeee!

This new circle door is awesome...but.....has anyone gotten a door that rattles? I've noticed it the few times I picked it up but I know it will become way more annoying when I start to use it. I'm kinda bummed cuz I love it so much

Just slide the door about 1/2 way down the mod now slightly bend the bottom part - push down on it a little. That'll cure it

Ok I may have to try that. I tried to gently bend the bottom but I think the rattle is coming either from the side or top. I did try to also bend the top slightly and still rattles. Maybe once my batts ever get here and I fill the juice tank it will hopefully go away.
You could try putting some clear tape on the inside bottom of the door. This shims the door out a little and softens the contact between the door and the mod.
Checked my tracker and my batts are FINALLY in Indy and getting delivered today. So when I get home from work, I can set up the Grand and see if the batts and juice bottle filled will also help with the rattle and if not, try and gently bend it more. No Odin yet but I can try my dual coil skills on the RM3. Woohoo!
Can't wait to see how this goes after an agonizing wait for batteries. You did good to busy yourself with coils and such. I'd be completely bald by now if I were in your shoes
Good suggestion but I don't think it is.
I think the door is cut too short in the width now that I looked at it further. For example, my mini door, if I slide it down a bit, it stays put and is a tighter fit. This door, if I slide it down a bit, it falls completely off and it is a loose fit if that makes sense. Unless the magnets are connected, this door will fall off.
It's soooo cool looking that I will try & somehow figure out how to fix it.
ETA- just tried the TRA door that came with it. Although it also just falls off when pushed down slightly and doesn't stay put, it doesn't rattle at all.

They will all fall out if you slide them down slightly, if there's no battery in the REO. If there's a battery in there, the magnets will catch on the battery itself to keep it from dropping out. So the TRA door is "normal". Have you compared the width of the 2 doors? And have you laid the recalcitrant door on a flat surface to make sure it's not bent "long ways"?
