Hey all,

I was a vaper for a number of months earlier this year, but due to some cheap equipment and circumstances of day to day life..I slowly but surely made my way back to the nasties. While I've still vaped regularly, I've smoked even more regularly in the past 6 or so months...:(

Well, my roommate and best friend got tired of me stepping outside to smoke and stinking up our house and his car, so he decided to jump start me back into vaping. He had heard my awestruck ramblings about how awesome the Reo Grand was and was nice enough to order me one for Christmas.

I couldn't be more excited as it should be here tomorrow or Friday!

However, he is not a vaper and knows very little about it. This will be MY device and not his :).

My question is...will I be able to process and repairs or warranty claims (not that I expect any..) if they do arise? I know with the resale market on Reo's there has to be some sort of guideline for the one year warranty and I was just wondering what the process would be since my name is no where on the order form.

THANK YOU and I can't wait to try it out!

Welcome to Reoville soon to be Reonaut!

Robert (redeyedancer) will always work on your REO if needed. If you have the name and email from the purchaser then he can see when it was bought.

It doesn't really matter with most things. Even picking up one off the classy's. Robert always wants his REO's to perform as they should. Most problems will be quickly fixed.

There is no need to worry! You are getting the best PV out there and will soon realize that vaping can be the life changing experience that you want!

Please return to the REO forum with any questions you might have. We enjoy helping new Reonauts on their journey with their new REO's!
