Reo grand #1 with passioncake from NT. DOGFISH 60 minutes IPA. Reverse seared pork loin, glazed with a mango-pineapple-ghost pepper sauce I whipped up. Ghost peppers from my garden. My way to unwind.

Funny, I was just vaping some tonight with the old standby (Lagunita's Lil' Sumpin) and I was surprised how well it pairs! It's nice with anything that has a bit of citrus or tartness, it seems. One of my favorites, for sure!Oh and another thing, the pairing of passioncake and dfh is blowing my mind tonight!!

Lookin good, guys! I also love heat. Here's a recent ghost from my back yard. It's as long as the diameter of a soup can. I've got plants of ghost, Trinidad scorpion, moruga scorpion, Trinidad 7 pot douglah, Dorset naga and devils tongue.
