I'll smoke mine on the smoker until they are completely dehydrated. Probably grind some for chili powder. I'll probably keep some fresh too and make some sauces. Hoping this crop is successful. Tried two years ago, they got ruined by a cold snap followed by a super hot day while I was out of town. I only got about six good ghosts that time.That's awesome. My plants are going crazy right now also. I'm going to end up filling a one-gallon freezer bag with pods by end of summer.
