Ha you're welcome! Looks good. Only way to go with thick cuts. In fact, it's the only way I can get a pork chop to come out decently!
I wanna try a whole rib roast next. Or any beef roast for that matter!

Wife hit the store and bought some webber grill cleaner for the I side flavor bars and crap and it did nothing!!!

Btw.. was fun vaping on those waiting outside the Texas Road House resturant and while I had them on the table for pics I could feel all sorts of eyes on them as lots walked by the table all slow.
