I sent in my 2 Provaris last week. One was dropped in dish water and I accidently fired it before drying it out and the other had the top cap come loose. The one that got wet cost 25.00 to fix and the one that the top cap came up on was 15.00 to fix. They said it needed a new top cap. So 40.00 to fix both of them. They didn't charge me any shipping to send them back either. I am thrilled with this. I couldn't have bought a new mod for 40.00 let alone 2 if these had been a kind of mod that couldn't be sent in for repair. They had me purchase a gift certificate in the amount of the repairs to pay my bill. I would recommend the Provari to anyone! I have had them nearly 2 years and never had any problems till now despite dropping them constantly. I do feel that they would both still be working flawlessly if not for the abuse I put them threw on a daily basis. I just don't think there is a better variable voltage mod to be had on the planet.
