I've got a Cool Fire 2 that I really like but want to know...if something ever goes wrong with it, can I send it somewhere for repairs or am I just sort of on my own?

Within the warranty period you can return the the place purchased. I have terrible trouble with the SVD. Now awaiting my second replacement from China. This will make it 3 months of shipping.
What sort of troubles are you having with your SVD? I've ordered one from FT but haven't received it yet.
