Hey all,

I haven't been keeping tabs on the new stuff so I'm a bit ignorant right now, please forgive me. Wife and I have been using istick 50w for better part of a year (2 each so one is always charged). Out of the 4, 1 was crap and replaced under warranty. Now...just over a year a couple are starting to act up.

My wife wants me to replace with more 50w as she likes the size, shape and battery life. Wondering, are there still issues with this mod? Have improvements been made and if so, would I be able to tell if I get a new or old model?

If these are still problematic, can someone PLEASE give me some comparable/viable options? Neither of us vape at high watts nor do we sub-ohm regularly (I dabble a bit with a Kanger Sub-tank). We got the 50w for size and battery life.

Thanks to all for the insight as I continue to scavenge the net for more info!
Mike.

The istick 100tc is a great mod, as you're used to the 50w version. No built in battery, but the dual 18650 batteries you use with it gives you a great battery life. The price is unbeatable as well, under $40. You should be able to find a pair of good batteries (I'd recommend the LG hg2 or samsung 30q) and a good charger for around $50, but a spare pair of batteries is good to have.
