I took my EA to a concert, lost the spring and i think a washer that holds the spring in...pretty sure i still have the button

if you bought it from electricangel, email them. I broke my button (my fault) and they offered to send me a new button at no charge. Incredible customer service from these guys. You may want to give that a try. Good luck.

Lost my spring and retaining clip also, used half a spring off a ball point pen and 28 ga wire for retaining clip,
I have been using it this way for 9 months.

did you cut the ball point pen spring yourself? if so waht did u use
