Hello my friends.
I still have no reply to my ticket #1498 dated 5 January 2012 and updated 6 Jan 2012...That doesn't sound like Health Cabin! I got used to replies faster than the speed of the light and now I am worried...Is everything OK?

I have now received the reply but I had to get back to you since it is not the one I was expecting.
In your web site it is clearly mentioned "This battery comes with a 90 days warranty. That is 90 days from being delivered, not shipped. So it is a true 90 days warranty. If for any reason, within 90 days, you have problems with the battery, we will replace the defective or malfunctioning part(s) via china airmail freely".
I have contacted you the same day of arrival, and I am willing to return the defective battery to you by paying the transportation cost. So why Health Cabin is refusing to do the same and ask me to wait for my next order? I have no objections to china airmail and it is only a small envelope with a battery...
