Requested Mod: Heatsink atty adapter

After having several egos fail due to heat damage, i'm wondering if anyone has ever considered designing a "heat sink" adapter to go between the battery connection and the atomizer? I'm thinking along the lines of something similar to the 801-510 adapter or the 801 charging adapter for manual batteries, but with holes or cooling fins to vent off the 300-500 degrees of heat (especially with LR atomizers) and prevent it from damaging your mod or PT. I hear devices like the new "Joker" is having failures and guessing this is overheating.

Anyone have any comments?

Try some of the To series transistor heatsinks they need to have a small amount of material removed from the inside edge but they will slip over the atty body then. They are 7. something mm and 3 of them will dissipate around half of the heat as I remember.
