Requesting info re: French Pipe

As with many other e-liquid flavors, not all French Pipe is created equal. There's a particular "take" on French Pipe that I found once, haven't found since, and am still looking for. It's a strong, smoky flavor -- almost cigar-like, with a serious "bite" to it. Some French Pipe is kind of mild and a bit sweet. I'm looking for the non-sweet variety. This kind of FP variant is helpful for staving off tobacco cravings, which unfortunately I still get at times. (grumble)

Could someone let me know if the French Pipe carried at Good Prophets has that strong (some might even call it harsh), "wood-smoke" flavor to it?

Ok just loaded up the 510 with french pipe from Rob to try and answer this question. Ok for reference I mostly vape cigar flavors as my regualr vape.(cuban cigar and cigar)
Ok it is a sweat taste compared to cuba cigar but it has a bite in the after taste. I am setting here vaping away to put my finger on it . It has a slight smokey flavor in the mix not really harsh(nothing compared to cigar) the after taste reminds me of bitter cooking chocolate almost a dark bakers chocolate.

Thanks for the feedback. Ok, so this is one with a slightly sweet flavor, too. Hmm. Wonder where that 100%-non-sweet/kicks-like-a-mule French Pipe came from, anyway. The vendor who sold it is no longer carrying it and did not respond to mail in which I asked about where he'd gotten it. :-(

A description would be great -- thanks for offering. I have been wondering if the French Pipe I got (I just heard that the juice manufacturer, which was in China, is no longer in business) was a one-of-a-kind thing. So it might be that a cigar flavor is the ticket, after all.

Yeah, the taste-bud thing ... for someone my age -- so I hear -- a gradual loss of sense of taste is normal. The article in which the factoid appeared concerned the food industry's ongoing search for enhanced flavors that'll keep appealing to an aging population -- a population whose taste buds ain't what they used to be (thus the fairly recent appearance of chipotle flavorings in prepared foods). Smoking for a long time probably didn't help a lot, taste-bud-wise, either...

Ok happy to try and help . Loading the trusty 510 up with Cigar first the smell out of the bottle gives you this nutty sent not almond but nutty I actually like the smell. This is one of the harsher juices I have tried it has more of a smokey flavor to it up front.ok this is one of the juices i have that you can smell the vapor so be warned this vapor has a smell.My daughter just hoped up and asked if i was smoking ,it has a taste smell of a decent 10 dollar cigar not a stealth vapor juice. Ok back to taste to me this has a hint of roasted black walnuts there is no sweet taste even though the juice smells sweet I cant find it in the vapor. The taste seems to be that slight black walnut and smoke dont get me wrong the nut is not over powering it is a hint in the background.this is the closest out of the bottle juice to an actual smoke taste I have found. I would say woody smoke taste might be alittle much but it has a smoke taste to me.
Well I hope I maded sence in this. Like I said cuban cigar is my daily all day vape off set with this now and coca cola .
I have vaped like 35 drops of this trying to nail the flavor drank water ate plain crackers it is all I can find in it . hope it helps

I found soon after starting to use e-cigs that they are not odorless. My wife, who claims not to have that good a sense of smell, can smell the vapor in the house, and some e-liquids' smells are more obvious than others. The ones that are heavy on tobacco absolutes must definitely leave a smell behind.

That's interesting about the black walnut taste. I can't say I've ever tasted that before. Good to know it has some smoke taste, which is what I'm after. As long as it doesn't have the nutty taste/smell of 555, which I don't like...

Cuban Cigar IMO is the most like a real cigar/pipe I have tried yet-harsh unsweet and very much like the real thing...
