People who truly enjoy tobacco/menthol checking that box is one thing, but when folks are checking that box because they had no option for unflavored and therefore increasing a false representation of preferences for those two flavorings...that could be a problem because the powers that be have already suggested doing away with flavorings... with the exception of those two flavorings.

This survey, and everything else we're doing, may or may not help.
One thing is certain: being negative absolutely does not help.
The title of this thread is "Respond to this survey in order to keep vaping legal!" which, as a statement, is complete bollocks.

Completing the questionnaire WILL NOT ensure that vaping will remain legal.

I was pointing out the reality of the situation.

Honestly i don't think anyone pays any attention to pro vaping or anti vaping surveys...they are too geared at their own agendas and lack fair balance given. A pro vaping survey will never ask do you feel diketones are a concern when vaping flavors no more then a anti vaping survey will ask has your health improved since you started vaping...just saying everybody knows how it works. Neither side wants to reveal those truths because it doesn't fit with their agenda. They set up their surveys to say what they want it to say

For those that are upset by one of the questions on the survey and think the ones that wrote it up are trying to manipulate facts, couldn't you maybe give them the benefit of the doubt and consider that just maybe they didn't think about the ones that vape unflavored since it was a question about flavors. Maybe someone (like someone that seems to think that CASAA is manipulating facts) should do a survey to find out how many vape exclusively unflavored.

BTW: I took the survey

Well maybe when a anti vaping survey comes out that only ask if one has had any negative side effects to vaping and doesn't ask one question about the health benefits we should practice that way of thought....NOT!!!! but ya know maybe they didn't ask that question because they were focused on the negative side effects only...ehem!!! Yah i don't think so and no more believe that in this situation either....and it wasn't one question it was the way a few were worded and the optional answers provided.
