Cigarettes do have that effect but I doubt vaping will unless the nic is pretty high, maybe higher than you want. vaping doesn't have that effect for me at least.

Used to take a cup of coffee and a cigarette to stay regular.
vaping does not replace cigarettes in this regard.

The husband hoards old electronics equipment and wants to buy or make a crucible. We were discussing it last night. I finally found out the definition of "ingot." I think. I used to read about "large ingots of gold" as treasure as a kid, I thought it mean "bars' but apparently it's some sort of amount?

Don't ask me, but I think if he ever gets around to it, we may have a lot more space in one of the sheds. LOL.

Instead of smoking and vaping might I suggest moringa seeds? Back when i used to eat unhealthy a lot I had no issues going #2 but when I decided to eat healthy again I stopped going to the bathroom. Eating tons of veggies didn't help but then I came across moringa seeds and found that eating them with their shells on and it immediately solved the going to the bathroom issue. I eat 3 each morning (weekends off) and have not had any issues since.

Just an idea. moringa seeds are actually quite good for you too!

I haven't read in depth all the responses to his post which is unfair as I am cooking and checking homework at the same time so will do in a bit.
