I have wondered about this,I miss the cigarette poo effect. I may try the wta liquid.
ime, no amount of nicotine seems to do it. High vg didn't simulate a cig either.

I was never 'regular' for years. Then I tried sitting down with my morning coffee, at the same time, every day. It is possible to 'train' your bowels. And if vaping has helped you do that, then good for you.![]()
Someone suggested a protein bar...well, I would suggest eating something with sugar alcohols. That would be something with artificial sweeteners, like an Atkins bar. Some sugarfree candies have them too. Maltitol, erythritol. That gives them what we low-carb dieters call "built-in portion control!"
From the research I've done, it seems to be the case that if you wanted e-cigs that work well 'down there', you'd be best placed to get ones with as high nicotine content as possible and with a VG base. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I note that some vapers say that e-cigs still won't give that same urge that normal cigs do, and I guess everyone responds differently to these things. But if I could give myself the best possible chance of finding something that works, that would be great.
