Hi all, i believe that all who have used the E-Cig should have think of Setting up your own business or even think of buying off the Shelves. no doubt of that as Many Country have already have the Boutique of their Vaporizer.

i think certain brands should be able to be in the Front to sell it first.

What do you think if E-Cig going to be sold on shelving in 7-eleven, Supermarket & etc?
Which brand do u all think will be first to sell in Supermarket etc?

Believe me, I think we all do the math on this every day. buy a big bulk lot at the deepest wholesale discount. Print up cards. Go around sucking on these things in public, people will flock to you and want to know what it is. If you can take $25k, kit out 4,000 newbies, keep 1,000 regular customers, replace drop-outs and grow by a small percentage, you're set for life.
In NYC smokes are $12. I can put in your hand the equivalent of 2 packs for only $10 AND allow you to smoke inside AND maybe keep you from getting cancer AND I can talk to you and demonstrate and help and answer questons.

A store can only give you the expectation of eventually saving money. A convenience store distributorship maybe gives you a 10% margin; one bust at customs and you could be wiped. Peer to peer is the way to go.

Didn't Singapore ban e-cigs?

I have thought about this a lot but right now online e-cig stores are a dime a dozen. Plus the potential scuffle with the FDA also makes it a shaky market to get into. Wal-Mart is already selling them at their Murphy's USA gas stations. If they went full tilt with it, everyone else would be out of business. While it seems to be a good potential market to get into with a lot of growth, there are still too many variables for my liking.

Yes Singapore Ban E-Cig in General to prevent any 101 Brands to come into Singapore and so not to creat any health hazard which may occurs on Certain Brands. (i not saying any brand but it may happen on certain Brands).

i think network marketing thru words of mouth go on well here, it is just a matter of time to see how big it can go.

Since E-Cig have created a Brust on the Internet, and it only really benefits those who using the internet, how about those who have not internet access, Don't you all think we should benefits them as well? just one of my ideas.

<Once this get big, i will let you know.>

7-11 has them out here, but it's the 401, but still a nice kit for the price 20.00. Not good enough for me to buy. I found a disposable in a smoke shop, looked at it and it seemed to be exactly a 510, I was excited and paid 16.00 to give to a friend that evening. Unfortunately it was not a 510, the threads (screw) was a tiny pinch off so wouldn't work. What model was that I wonder?? The drag was not much more than a 401. I'd say these are good for ultra light smokers, but those who want a KICK, need something stronger available in stores. LR atty disposables, and kits is the answer. The funny thing it seems Newbees find the lightest ecigs very strong and cough... Do our throats get used to it over time and constantly crave a stronger better hit? Or is it just me?
If gas stations and all other stores were smart, they would offer a 510 disposable and kit, cartomizers all the way, regular, and extra strong(LR). The thing is now the public does have access to ecigs in public, but they aren't really good ones so they "think they know all about it" and put it down and never pick it up again - done. Over years people will get more educated about it from word of mouth. It's just going to take more time, it's still too confusing for many businesses to jump on and offer the product, and what product do they offer? At this point those who are selling are just taking a gamble.

In the real world SG, I like to Chitchat with People and hence i really do like meet people from all sorts of life.
For the Vaporizer thing, i recommended people to use Vaporizer as by using words of mouth travel a long way. but is not fast enough. No doubt that they are using the device and friends of friends will spread words as they are using it.
I have marketing plan in mind. but i need more vapers in singapore to help succeed. as of now, there is no way that i can setup a boutique or sell it in Retailing as the government have not approved it. I still working on that but at the same time i need to gather more Vapers. that my main objective for now.
I actually quite happy that i am enable to converts the Smokers to and Ex-smokers. at the very least they don't smoke Tobacco anymore and that a good sign.

As for the American participation, what exactuly u mean?
i not sure if u can ride your bike all the way to Singapore? i guess u can but we are just an email away. lol

Zeroi, what exactly do you want to do? Do you have a marketing plan for which you want American participation? Believe me, I ride a bike in Manhattan traffic every day, I'm down for anything.

Just out of curiousity, I made some calls today. Around here (west Michigan) the big supermarkets are Walmart and Meijer (I think they are regional, but have a couple hundred stores). Walmart actually said they used to carry them but stopped a couple months ago because they weren't selling. Meijer said they do sell them but were out at the present time. I was very surprised to say the least.

Well i been in the Retail line business, is all about placing of Stock, hence sometime the thing don't sell is due to Packaging and is there an awareness to the Public who are not using the internet?
1.we can expect that an Old lady smoking her whole life who lives in a Farm coming to the Supermarket and happen to saw that Gadget, what is that? she will not buy it as there are no people explaining to her maybe.
2, the brand which is on the shelve must be a very new brand or lousy model in which we Hi-tech internet surfer doesn't even wanted to use that model and so we choose to buy online.

The 7-11s here will let you try them out in the store. They are to unseal a new case and let the customer try it. If the customer does not purchase, they send it back to the manufacturer for credit. (They also place on the counter near the cash register, which I'm sure is not allowed, but . . . ) Xhale O2 brand.
