I had a shipment sit at border for 6 weeks. It is being RTS.

Hi there. That is very frustrating I'm sure. If a package comes back to us sealed as it was when we mailed it out, we can do one of two things. We can issue you a refund for the products that you purchased but did not receive (once we receive it here). Or, we can resend the package and see if it will go
through this time. We are unable to refund shipping expenses. If you want us to resend your order, we will gladly do that, but you would have to pay for shipping again. I'm sorry for this inconvenience, and wish that customs would have let your package go
