Hi All,
I dont have the post count to ask this anywhere else so I am asking here!
Has anyone had luck returning a Green Smoke ecig and getting reimbersed there money back? It was bought as a present for my GF and there are a few reasons we decided to want to return it....The main reason is the "Taste" issue...she smokes menthol and she just plain does NOT like the taste of GS's menthol carts, kinda a nasty taste with a hint of menthol...the second reason is that she has not even gone through a full cartridge and has had to recharge both of the batts, and they were fully charged before she even tried it! I now know from reading here that these are both known issues with this brand or style ecig!
Although I have not contacted them yet, I am afraid that they might try to give me a hard time and want to try and send me new batteries instead of refunding me my money....We decided to give the VK from V4L a try, they are much cheaper....they have MANY more flavors to choose from and nobody seems to have ANYTHING negative to say about them.
So if any of you have had any experiance in returning GS products I would love to hear from you, and any suggestions you might have to make the process go smoother.

Have you posed this question to the place you bought it from? Most reputable suppliers will always stand behind their product. Not so sure about getting a refund just based on the fact you didn't like it (as opposed to product defect which you might be able to say based on your post).

Honestly, you're going to have to check with them on their refund policy. Always something good to look into before you buy anything from anyone online.

I will say I read that they will not refund your cartomizers, but they will refund the kit. They have the 30 day guarantee, so I'm sure if you tell them within 30 days of the order date, and they don't refund it, you can present your email to them/letter/whatever to the bank, along with their 30 day "no questions asked" promise (pasted from their site below) and the bank/card source and have your money credited.

It is this part of the wording that has me nervous "work for you" could be taken a few ways!

But we shall see, the VK from V4L arrived today and WOW what a difference in taste!

I will be contacting GS after the holiday and I will post the results!
