After 8 weeks on medical leave I got my slip signed at the Dr. and will be working again starting tomorrow. So much has happened since Feb 1st. I bought my first vaping kit and gave up cigarettes. For my 1 one month anniversary ( good excuse!) I purchased my REO Grand.
vaping has been wonderful and I have not wanted a stinky smoke stick. It has been hard at times, and I thank God I had my REO to help me when I chain vaped. The news that my Mom has terminal cancer and about 3 months to live sent me into a panic. She lives out of state and I will be traveling next month to have one last visit with her. I was getting so frusterated filling cartomizers all the time, charging batteries every time I turned around, and DIY juices. The REO has taken all the pressure off of my vaping experience. I know traveling out of state will be much easier with my REO and some supplies.

I am a little anxious about being around individuals that smoke when I return to work. I am hoping I hate the smell and am content with my REO. I know I have given myself the best chance at vaping without temptation.

Sorry to post so long. I am just all nerves and needed to vent. I am trying to decide on another REO purchase. Would hate to get out of town and something happen to my Grand Purple Vape Machine! Will have to see how the $ look in the next couple of weeks.

Thank you all for being here. This is the nicest "home" forum on the board
.:)

Don't worry about being around smokers ...& YES they do stink ...The first time hubby said lets go to the casino I cringed cuz I thought OH NO smokers!! wondering if I could deal with out wanting a cig. But it was fine, they smelled BAD & I knew they tasted worse. So I just happily vaped knowing my e-cig tasted so much better!!

Be ready for questions tho, cuz smokers will ask you "what is that your smoking" ... ecf cards are helpful . I just tell em to start with ecf in the new members section.

And on traveling, if you have to fly...I would pack the reo up in your luggage & carry the 808 in case they won't let ya travel with it , then it won't be such a big loss. Chances are that the TSA folks are used to 808 types by now so it will all be ok . but the reo is another story maybe...I have read that some have had problems .

Have a GREAT DAY @ work tomorrow !!
Glad to hear that you are feeling better!

Wonderful news about your success in the vape. You did good, and the Reo is a great choice :)

I'm so sorry to hear about your mother. I miss my mom everyday...i still cry over her all the time and its been 4 years this April. You dont realize just how important they
really really are, we think we do, but when they're gone...boy, it really hits home.

Sending prayers your way and to your precious mom.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Since I am the Mother here with grown children and grandchildren I have hidden my heartbreak. I am trying to be strong for now. It is very hard. Thanks again, it means a lot.

Glad to hear you're better - you'll do fine when you get back to work! I like to vape in front of smokers, hoping that someone will ask me about it and become interested enough to look into it further.

So sorry to hear about your mother - mojo and prayers for her and your family. It will be a tough ordeal, but I know you'll both appreciate your time together.

Prayers to you and your family my dear.
I have been smoke free for almost two years now (August 2009). The smell of cigs to me is so nasty, I can hardly stand it. Hope it has the same effect on you. Hang in there. You now have the best PV out there to help you stay off the nasty cancer sticks. Be strong. All will be well. God Bless!!!!!
