I think I see a problem.

Have you built a coil on it yet? I worry that, with that reduced air chamber, the built coil will collide with the top of the top cap.

I have had no issues with it. The wick is very close to the center post. The wick hole is 1.5mm from center post.

I'm yet thinking how to sand it down. Rich, would there be a possibility to have another 'lock-ring' (as spares) for any one trying to replace it (to a thinner variant)?

Thanks Qorax, looking at the locking ring it may be difficult to make it the same dia as the hybrid. The reason is the button itself is the same dia and as you press the button it goes inside the locking ring.

How about something like this:



One of the best switches in the mod market today. It's lock-ring is of the 'same' dia as the tube-body.

Ps.: If it's not possible, will u be able to keep the body's ID (internal dia) matching
that of Paps? In which case we may be able to swap ur switch with the Paps' one!

hrm. That being said eliminates my plan to modify the lock ring. Think I may have to get the v2 genesis and wait to see what happens with hybrid v2.

Can you post a pic of the assembly with the switch on but the lock ring taken off? or can ot only be assembled with the lock ring on?

I have several button designs. I will try and get several options of buttons in the future. I have many more projects in the works. Couple more hybrids and a mod.

You don't need the locking ring for the button to function.
