Do Petco or Petsmart have this stuff? I'm looking to make a blue foam dart or 10, and I'd like to know if Petsmart or Petco have the right foam.

I got mine at petco...i assume all petcos stock it maybe give them a call

Both places had it here in Arizona, but it did not work worth a crap for me. I found Marineland Bonded Filter Pads at PETCO to be the best of all the filler materials I have tried (Pyramid Tea Bag, Rite-Size U blue foam, Fluval Water Polishing Pad 304/305 404/405), though still not very good. Lot's of juice remains trapped in the bottom but won't wick up.
