RIVA eGo batt issues, HELP

ok so whenever i plug it in the light on the charger goes red like normal and the battery doesnt flash like it normally does, the only thing that happen to this battery was it sat for like 4 days because i lost it under my seat, now it wont charge. has anyone had this problem and can you suggest ways of fixing this please thanks
