also, do you have the availability to sell the 510 lr cartomizers in a 25 pack bundle for lower price? what are the ohms are those, and what would the price be?

what is the cutoff time on the riva vv battery, and what is the cutoff time on the regular riva 750 battery you carry? thanks

You would have to ask David for any special price you wanted,
and for a small amount like 25 - I dont think it would be a viable proposition,
as the prices are already the best in the market --------

The ohms of the LR atty are --- I think average around 1.7

the cutoff time on the riva vv battery --- I really do not know if there is one ----

and the cutoff time on the regular riva 750 900 and 1100 battery - I do not think there is one either-
I have held mine with button pressed down for 15 seconds, and had to release it
cos it is smoking like crazy !!!!! but it is not stopping - or quitting on me -

i will ask customer service about the actual ohms for the lr cartos, but every time i try to write to customer service, it takes me weeks to hear back, and sometimes they NEVER respond.

how can i get in touch with david to ask about special pricing?

by the way, the statement you made about having the lowest price in the market for your lr boge cartomizers is innacurate. there are several retailers that sell 5 packs of genuine boge lr cartomizers for 4 dollars, and that is before using discount codes, and a lower shipping cost that you have. do you match and beat those prices, seeing as how you claim to have the best price in the market? or should i just go thru another retailer for a larger order?

if you can also please let me know about when and if you will be selling dual coil cartomizers, that'd be great!

do you carry the Riva SE as well?

thanks.

All I can say is this ----

we do the best we can on prices,
if the items you want are cheaper elsewhere then you should buy them there of course-

if we have an item - it is on sale in our webshop -

please do go to look through the shop at what is available --

if you a specific question -- ask David -- or Selina at customer service----

Customer Service email :- support@eastmall.net

and I do not know what is a Rive SE -------

they never respond to me at the email. i'm curious though, if you claim to have the "best prices in the market", wouldn't you want to back that claim up? i'm happy to provide links to you via pm to show you that you don't have "the best prices in the market". please advise. thanks.

If I claimed to have the best prices in the market ----
then we probably did at the time we made the claim ---
maybe we dont now --
I dont go around checking everyones prices

I formaly retract the claim,

and no - I do not need links to any places thankyou -----

OK.... I got my Riva-T kits in today and they had the new batteries. I was a bit surprised since my Riva-T evaluation kit had standard Riva batteries.

These batteries are a trip! You failed to mention that they also have a 5-LED bar graph display on them. Not exactly sure what it does yet (fuel gauge?), but it looks kinda cool.

Gonna finish the charge before voltage testing. But the "5-click" certainly does change the LED color if nothing else! ;-)

Di,

Which specific atties are you talking about?

And as a follow up on the batteries... I have charged and run a couple of them back down. Also did some quick load testing.

And I can confirm that they do indeed have 3 unique power settings. And yes, the 5-LED bar graph on the end of the unit is a "fuel gauge"... all LED's illuminated off of a fresh charge, running down to one illuminated LED right before recharging is required. Works better than I though it would, and it's a handy feature!

WOW! After using switching from my much loved Indulgence V2 kit to this new Riva-T VV kit, I am IMPRESSED!!

Here's my quick little review:

Riva-T Clearomizer

Vapor Production : 8
Flavor: 7
Refilling Convenience: 8
Overall: 8

I am really impressed with these atty's, I've been using it for about 2 weeks now, and so far the performance has not dropped as it does with many tank systems. I have had to completely vape all the liquid out (or use the dropper to remove the liquid) and do a dry burn twice once I noticed less throat hit/vapor, but it immediately started working like day one again.
I am VERY satisfied with Eastmall's improvements on their products, and this is one that has brought me back to the company for sure!

VV Riva Battery

Battery Life : 8
Charging Time : 8
VV Features : 10
Overall : 9

I LOVE THESE BATTERIES!!! Seriously, best batteries I have owned thus far, although I haven't ventured out into the mods quite yet. The 5-click system to change from 3.2v>3.7v>4.2v and back is genius! The only thing I could request, is maybe a 10-click safety shut off feature? Other than that, the meter at the bottom is great if you want to quickly know how much battery life you have left, the charging time is great (about 1 1/2-2hrs dead to fully charged), and it feels pretty solid. However the button does seem a bit cheap compared to the rest of it, maybe if it had a seal around it, it would feel a bit better. I have noticed that at the section around the button where it lights up, it can "pop" to the side sometimes, but it pops right back into place no problem.

Now for each voltage

3.2v - Pretty comparable to most 401 kits, light throat hit, but decent amount of vapor expected from 3.2v. Definitely not bad when the stress isn't that high

3.7v - My usual choice of voltage on this kit, and it works great for the day-to-day. About a bit more vapor/throat hit than a 510, or at least the atty's I have used on 510's.

4.2v - FANTASTIC throat hit and vapor. Haven't choked on an e-cig in awhile, and that was a great surprise. My girlfriend agreed that it was really off-putting how well it works at 4.2v on a non box mod kit.

Overall, I absolutely love this product, and as I said before, it has brought me back to Eastmall after unfortunately drifting off into other, less efficient providers. Thank you again Eastmall for making another AWESOME e-cig! Can't wait to try out the ELIPS!

My best memory of Ed is when he called me 5AM Alaskan time (damn aussie time difference, ha!), and even though he woke me in the middle of the night, that didn't stop us from talking e-cigs for a good 2 hours. I was new to the products, and he was more than happy to answer all of my questions and concerns.

I remember him telling me, "You just wait, we're getting the cutting edge technology here soon, they're called PCC CASES!"

Haha, wow, e-cigs have come a long way.

yes, ed was always up for a good long talk on the phone,
he was very good with that and all of you guys and gals, -----
we used to laugh and say -- he could talk under wet cement, -
a lovely guy for sure, --
I sure do miss him -------

and yes, e-cigs have come a long way since I started --
they are getting very technical now, -
used to be just a battu and an atty,
screw it together and suck !!!!!!!!!!!!!

hahahahaha -- very different now,
you have to toggle and slide, and puff,
and press the button, wow, such fun now huh?????

UPDATE

So my battery has now fallen apart. :(
The issue I mentioned before of it being a tad loose just below the threads has caused it to fall completely apart while it was clipped on the inside pocket of my jacket. One of the wires (black) has come undone from the solder, however it still works. I imagine it will not charge however. The button is gone, forever lost wherever it fell while out in public. Looked for over an hour like a crazy person at a grocery store for it, but alas it has disappeared.

I managed to replace it using a 510 button, but it doesn't fit right, and it still comes undone when unscrewing it from the Riva-T atty.

Now as far as the attys, I rotated to my backup I purchased with my kit, and it doesn't work that well at all. The inside chamber fills with vapor unlike the first one I used, and liquid constantly floods the area between the tip and the two holes (coil and liquid fill-up). Not sure what the deal is there with that.

I am still overall very happy with the product, but I do think some quality issues need to be tended to. The glue used to hold the battery cover in place needs to be of a higher quality to avoid these issues in the future, and as far as the atty, I am at a loss there as I am new to clearomizer/tank setups.

Any recommendations?

Hm...well it has been a week now since I posted that, sent emails (3 so far) and even tried the live-chat (it was down), I have yet to get any response.

This is really disappointing to receive ZERO customer service after years of being a dedicated customer, and recently deciding to make you guys my primary provider. That is certainly not happening now after my e-cig just falling apart the way it did after only 2-3 weeks, and then coming back to your website to find out, YET AGAIN, I have to dig up all MY receipts from your company to update my points because someone was too lazy to transfer over the customer data?

Yeah, I unfortunately am now done with Eastmall. You are certainly not the company I started my e-cig experience with over THREE years ago. I really hate to give such bad feedback after such a great review, but you guys earned it.

Ellanceo, to transfer your reward points, all you need to do is send us an email - you do not need to know what your previous balance was, as we can look it up. All of the customer passwords in the previous website database were encrypted, so it was impossible to transfer accounts to the new website, which is why we only ask that you please email us with your new and old account login ID so we can look up your reward points balance for transfer.

Please sned me a PM on here and I will personally take care of your battery issue. Please also be sure that when you send emails to customer service, that you are emailing support@eastmall.net for support issues to ensure the quickest response. If you email over the weekend, you will generally get a response the following Monday.

The live chat is generally online between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Shenzhen time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, but we do take a 1 hour lunch break and two 15 minute breaks during the day. You can leave offline messages on there and we will get an email for your inquiry, or you can use the contact form on the website, which goes directly to our primary email.

I sincerely apologize that you did not get a response sooner, but if you send me a PM on here we will take care of this for you immediately.
