In what can be called an ironic turn of events, one of the US largest tobacco companies is finally limiting smoking in offices and public spaces in company buildings. Now smokers will be limited to smoking only in designated smoking areas. However, the company will allow vaping in their offices. CEO of Reynolds, Susan Cameron, has even become a vaper herself, finally choosing to give up toxic analog cigarettes.
Spokesman for Reynolds, David Howard, notes that ecigarettes function quite differently than traditional cigarettes, producing no smoke, only vapor. E-cigarette offerings from Big Tobacco have increased dramatically as more and more users have turned away from combustible tobacco to vaping nicotine ejuice. E-cigarettes definitely seem the be the wave of the future, especially if CEOs of Big Tobacco are taking up vaping themselves! Wow! What do you think?
