ooppss....I haven't even showered yet. Guess I miss another one.

We shouldn't have talked about "Agnes of God". I'm know it's just a coincidence but there was a horrible incident at work yesterday. I got a call for an emergency in the kitchen and found a fellow employee in the bathroom having a miscarriage. I won't go into details but I will say it was the worse thing I've experienced so far in nursing. I'm sure made even worse because I know the sweet little lady, who was 4-5 months pregnant, and there was nothing I could do to stop the process. All I could do was monitor her for shock and hold her as she sobbed. It was just so terrible and sad.
