Hey there,

I have been seriously full time vaping and completely off the smokes for only a month.

Like usual for me, I have gone completely nuts (I think) with my new hobby. The fact that regulation may change access to cheap juice isn't really top of mind either. I just like trying different things and was able to stock up on Black Friday and local deals.

Ok... I currently have about 1.5l of assorted juices in 10, 15, 30, 60 and 180ml bottles. That is about a 12 month supply for me, so it is a lot of juice but I don't think it is super crazy.

I have at least 18 different flavours as I started out trying as many different juices as I could. Out of the 18, I only really dislike one (a strong nut flavour) and regularly vape at least 8 or 9. A few are tobacco flavours which my wife loves and I no longer like.

Moving forward, I plan to vape what I have for a few month and stock up on DIY if the govt taxes the hell out of juice or limits bottle size, etc. If the taxes aren't stupid, I will likely continue buying my favorite local juices.

What about you folks?

I've accumulated so many different flavors, I've lost count! I have 4 flavors that are in my daily rotation, and I buy those in 120ml bottles when needed. I like to experiment with different flavors, so I've pretty much run the gamut at Mt. Baker, Dr. Crimmy's and a few of my local B&M stores.

I've got to have at least 50-60 different flavors in my juice box that are at various levels of steeping. I'll generally come back to them individually with a dripper to see how well they've aged.

I've been vaping for over three years and I've amassed a lot of bottles of juice. Currently, there are only a handful of flavors that are in my daily rotation and there are probably only another handful of flavors that I will use sporadically. I definitely have more flavors that I will never vape again than flavors that I will vape in the future. In all, I probably have about 80 or more different flavors.

Moving forward, I've been seriously getting into DIY and I hope to only make my own liquid in 2016.

I don't think we can "win" with storing premixed e-liquids but for the yr or two after purchasing we should have some kind of purchasing strategy.

Last September I bought abt 100 different bottles of store bought e-liquids. Many very popular brands to test them out to see what I wanted to vape. They come in many different shapes and sizes from 3ml all the way to 120ml. I keep and maintain a graded list of the liquids vaped, A through F, even if I did not buy them after trying them out at the B&M. I try them over and over and arrive at what I like.

What I have discovered is that in opening the bottles up, the flavors degraded. Also, filling up 3ml to 5ml tanks and letting them sit for up to a week unvaped, also allowed the flavors to degrade very noticeably. This lesson is going to help me make smarter purchases in 2016.

What I am going to do is save and get together some cash for purchases, and make e-liquid purchases every quarter. One in the 3rd month, 6th month, 9th month, etc. I'm going to buy the smallest bottles that make sense in these purchases, 15ml will do if they sell it that small, and order around 50+ different bottles ea time. I'm trying to vape what I open the week I open it. Leave the remainder sealed.

I know that I can save quite a bit with a 120ml+ purchase, but if it lacks any and all flavor, then that is a huge waste of money.

Hmmm...

I have TWO shoe boxes full of 30ml glass bottles standing upright...lots arent even open... dont even know how much that makes TOTAL...ALOT ???? ;)

I keep about 6 bottles "out" on the table (my six current faves shall we say)

Ive recently "gone thru" my eliquid stash and dumped another shoebox worth

My new system is to purchase 1.5-2Ml samples and keep a dozen or so of those around to try out /diversify flavors ....It works very well, allows me to try out a whole bunch of new gourmet juices without ordering a 25$ 30ml bottle that I could end up not even liking!

The ones I REALLY like I buy bottles of and stock them in the fridge unopened (really helps to keep eliquids longer6Ive had some in there for ayear and a half now and theyre like new-in fact they NEED steeping ;) !)
