Hey man! Here's some things I do to try and mitigate some of my vaping costs:
  • Bookmark this page http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...iscussion/146219-coupon-code-master-list.html - I check it everytime I'm trying a new vendor out, and it's a nice reference for vendors I've used in the past. For instance - If you order from BWB make sure you use the "ECF10" coupon code.
  • Google "website coupon code" (for instance "backwoodsbrew coupon code" or whatever website you're buying from), this will usually pick up any threads on ECF and similar sites where a coupon code is mentioned. Some times you find temporary coupon codes that are expired, but its worth a minute or two to look before you put in an order.
  • Check the E Cigarette Suppliers Forum under "buying and selling" on ECF for deals and promotions
  • Check to see if a vendor has their own forum and check the stickied threads for coupon codes
  • Look under the "seasonal" thread to see if any deals are going.
  • Go to the Pay it forward (PIF) forum and there's a thread there called "Deals and Steals" where people post deals they find - PIF is under "Forum -> Community -> Social Group Forums -> Miscellaneous Groups -> Pay It Forward - PIF"
Hope this helps - I still spend way too much money chasing the perfect vape, but this helps me spend not quite as much money.

Frankster,

I am so glad you started this post.

I'm new to vaping myself and this is something I have been wondering about my self. I'm still waiting on my first setup. Ordered it Tuesday, but don't expect it till Sat. at the earliest, considering it so close to Xmas. So I don't even have a reference point for myself to gauge how much I might spend per month.

All these reply's give me some foundation to go by and estimate what I might spend and need to re-buy as far as cartridges and such go.

I'm glad to see all the posts on this thread. I've found some new vendors to my list to check out. And the price of the DIY is cheaper than I expected to see. I might buy a bunch of stuff for diy next time, since I mainly vape one flavor- everything else I've hated. My main vape is dekang Mint (peppermint). It's a nice minty taste, with no weird aftertaste like some I've tried. I just got in on health cabin's sale, and ordered 250 mls for $35 plus shipping. Wish I had more $ to spend right now!

Normal price for my juice would run about $25 a month. I'm using 3 mls a day. (former 2 PAD smoker)

since I started vaping about 18 months ago, I've easily blown approximately 4 grand on e cig stuff. So $222.22 on average per month. But I collect mods, buy ecig stuff for my girlfriend, and have periods of time where I go way overboard and need to check myself for a bit. Vaping is great cause it has helped me limit quite a bit of harm to my body, but it also has become a most enjoyable hobby for me.
