RoughStack connector is loose

The connector on my Maxi RoughStack seems to be loose. When I (gently) screw a carto on, the connector wants to keep spinning after the carto finally "catches". I also noticed that the connector will raise up from its "sunken" position as well. Is there a way to tighten it?

How exactly is the connector held in place anyway? Is it screwed in?

I haven't needed to take my switch out yet, but it seems like you should be able to see the bottom of the connector when you remove the switch. All that holds the switch in there is the nut at the base of the button.

If you want to do a self repair, you can replace the connector by pushing it out from the bottom. If the hole has stretched, you can put a layer of solder on the outside of the connector before you push it back in.. The easier option is to log a ticket at MadVapes :: Support Ticket System and send it in for us to fix it up for you
