So. What are your routines? What system have you developed for storing your carts, juice, etc? Do you pre-load many carts? If so, how do you identify them? What do you carry around with you at all times?

Basically, I'm trying to hammer out my system. Right now I have 2 1oz bottles of Cinnacide, 1 doubler, a 15mL Cinnacide bottle that I've premixed to approx 16mg, a 15mL Caramel/Coffee bottle at 16mg, several empty 15mL bottles, a spare atty, battery, and a handful of carts.

I want to have a system where I can easily keep around (and identify) some high/med/low strength Cinnacide mixes, as well as a few preloaded carts that I can easily identify, and easily work in other bottles/carts as they come into play. I would also like to figure out a routine that I can automatically go through as far as loading carts, cleaning attys, etc.

Basically, I want to automate the vaping process through organization and routine so as to necessitate as little mental energy as possible. Anyone have any methods that have helped them accomplish this?

Oooh! Great thread! I don't have much to add because I am just 2 days into vaping, but I can't wait to see what everyone says! So far I am filling my cartos with one flavor and storing them in a coing purse (sad, right?). I am looking to find a case for my 901 and having no such luck finding one I want! There aren't any cute ones out there that I see... Off to search more!

basically, I have a small lock box that's meant for cash. I like that it locks so the kids can't get too curious about it. It has the little compartments for coins, but I have it separated into atty's, batteries, new carts, empty cart and the like. For cartomizers I pre-fill the night before. For carts, I like to keep them empty and fill as needed.

You really want to mark your atty's though, because they hold the flavors forever. One for "fruity", one for "spicy", one for "tobacco" and etc. People seem to like using star stickers for this. Another member puts a colorful rubberband on the cart and same color rubberband on the bottle of juice that's in that cart.

Keke -- I have meant to ask these same questions myself. There are some great posts here and YouTube videos on how to fill carts, clean atomizers, etc, but like you, I want to know what a typical morning (or evening) routine is for a 100% vaper. I know for sure that the only way I'm going to be successful with this, and give up analogs completely, is to make it as convenient as walking down to the corner store for another deadly pack.

Thanks for posting and I also look forward to the replies.

No routine yet. I've got a couple extra cartridges filled but have so far just been refilling the one cartridge as I'm at home when it runs out, but I have the spares just in case.

Thanks Rosa for the info about marking the atty's. Although I don't think I'll be doing too many flavors at the moment. for now I've found coffee flavor and am totally addicted to it

i'm not that organized but after a month or so i bought a small 4" x 8" tackle box from the sporting section of the local everything store (nominally a cvs but not much of a pharmacy section, used to be a right aid and before that i think it was a longs) that got me organized at home. carts cartomizers, adapter, batteries a couple of 20ml juice bittles and 2-3 5 - 10 mls.

at first i would carrry a spare charger had a charger in my car and one at work--then i got eGo batteries --sweet! one lasts all day.

i still carry a spare 510 mega just in case with an atomizer as well. I put cinnamon/menthol/cappuccino variations in each one--throw in some chocolate on the spot etc.

i carry 2-4 bottles of 10ml juice with me and mix to my current mood. i almost always have a hefty shirt pocket that it will all fit in but when i don't--accidents have happened. stuck the eGo in my pants pocket the other day without thinking and at some point depressed the button--didn't get burnt but almost wrecked the atomizer (cured with a vodka soak and dry)

I'm going to pick up one of those USB memory stick cases or maybe the darts case mentioned in a nearby thread but i basically keep the ecig in the same spot i kept my cigarettes. maybe a nerdy pocket protector might work?

so far i haven't lost a battery--but i always used to lose my lighter, matches, etc.

cartomizers have been a disappointment to me--thought they would simplify things but the flavor & vapor were weak and while the convenience is still something i am looking for just didn't match a 510 with ptb filler. i may get a mega cart with mega atomizer next time i want to hemorrhage some more cash.

Also use the small Plano Brand tackle box for storing parts. Picked a few wooden cigar boxes also. I have a Cohiba box that has a tray insert to hold the cigars. I now store juice in the cigar tray. Got some small cases for batteries from Battery Junction. Also got a Titanium Brand case from BJ that holds 12 CR 3 Volt batteries and I love that case. I'm a dripper so when I'm gonna be away I take enough juice/batteries and a spare atty or three to last until my return. I always wear military issue camo pants. They are the original cargo pants. You can hide several dead bodies in your pockets no problem so carrying your stuff is no problem...Still I'm on the lookout for anything to keep this stuff organized and mobile...You can't go into the corner store and pick up a fix anymore so you gotta be prepared....:D

I'm actually putting a dot of nail polish at the base of my cartos to mark them & a corresponding dot on the label of the juice bottles. I raided my wife's stash of polish and tried to match the colors to what the flavors were e.g. red for AC, blue for menthol, white for vanilla, etc... I've just gotten to the point where I needed to manage my flavors & cartos since I've quadrupled the number of flavors that I have in a matter of days.

As far as supply storage, I've got an old first aid kit that has compartments and I'm keeping my spare supplies in there; attys, carts, cartos, adapters and things of that nature. Juice is in the frigde atm since I really don't have any other place to put it.

i go through multiple flavors throughout the day, so i have a cart for just about every one of my e-juices. i also have several attys dedicated to groups of flavors - 3 attys for fruit flavors, one for Atomic Cinnacide, one for Clove, another for "warmer" flavors like coffee or English Toffee and another for baked good flavors.

i keep track of the carts by writing the initials of the flavor in permanent marker, however it does eventually wear off. i think what i might do is use nail stickers or nail polish instead.

as for storage, i use those bead storage boxes you can get at either Walmart or a craft store, and i keep it in a drawer by my computer desk at home. i like the idea of using a tackle box, but i don't have that much juice or equipment to fill one up...yet that is. :p ;)

That is one AMAZING idea right there. I would have never thought about doing that!!! And to think I have a random glasses case sitting in my drawer... I should kick myself right now. Honestly

Jealous of your juice collection. I only have two bottles :(
I know, I'll work my way up..... broke college kid though.

trust me, it's nothing compared to some other members here!

i started out with 3 flavors, and it didn't take long to build up. i'm sure you'll have a great collection soon. ;)

Oakland have you tried the 510 cartos from dietsmokes-their carmel machioto flavored ones are nicely flavored. Also, liquidxpress.com has taboo and flue cured cartos that are heavily flavored. And vaportalk.com will have the blank cartos so you can fill with your favorite juice. I really like the cartos when Im out and about-was getting to risky driving and dripping-LOL Good luck

hmm, routines, every night before bed, I sit at my desk and pull out all the empty/used cartos, refill them, clean the threads on my xhaler and my passthrough, then if any are old enough to go into the "yukky" box, I throw them in there and pull out a nice new shiny carto and fill it. as far as storage, I use the left top drawer on my desk, it's kept full of all my bottles of liquid and cartos and batteries.
