This is my storage box, a safe I got from WalMart. I added the compartments using boxes I got my PV stuff in and a tin that I had. It locks with a key or with a combination. The combination is definitely handy as I open it several times a day. As far as a routine, I make sure a battery is always charging overnight and that I have my 5ml bottles topped up all the time. Having a curious four year old and a cat, the added security of the lock is peace of mind for sure. Previously I would wake up in the middle of the night to make sure the juices were stored up high, not an issue any more, I just make sure I have closed the case before bed. It won't clamp shut unless locked.

Some great ideas here.
I purchased a storage box with compartments that separates attys, juice etc. For batteries I have marked the base of one section as charged and another as uncharged so I know I can pick up a fresh battery when needed or what to recharge when time permits.

At home, a pt is permanently connected to a self powered USB hub ready to go in the mornings (shame I cant do this with a freshly brewed mug of coffee) before I head out.

A friend of mine provided a metal juice storage bottle thingy that I attach to my keyring and top up when required... so I always have juice on the go. It holds 10ml which is more than adequate for day :)

Another friend introduced me to a 'spring method' for carts (I dont have a link handy but if you search Im sure you will come across it). I have half a dozen of these scattered around and it effectively means the cartridge stores more juice because of less batting and I dont need to top up as often.

I leave spares at work if I run into trouble as well as a couple of spares in the coin holder of the car.

I don't have a good system with different strength liquids as I use the same strength but I am liking doxillas idea of raiding my better half's stash of nail polish to distinguish the flavours. I just hope she doesn't get the wrong idea.

I got lost in an "ECF->vendor site->Youtube->other sites" forest for the past day, but I'm so glad to finally get back here to find some sanity. I don't consider myself an overly-organizational freak (and my house proves it), but I knew that my current charging/filling setup with my very sparse PV stuff was going to give me a reason to give up.

Thanks everybody for the GREAT ideas and taking the time to upload actual photos. I knew my giant oversized eyeglass cases and multi-colored nail polishes would come in handy some day! Most of all, I appreciate the reassurance that many of you have tackled this same dilemma and are so willing to share.

I have a new shopping list for tomorrow to investigate tackle boxes, labeling options, safes, and drawer organizers. Fortunately, this one is all for local stores and will hopefully pacify me while I wait for the goodies coming in the mail.

ECF vets - you are the greatest for helping the newbies. Thanks.

Another storage/carry habit that I use is
the Johnson Creek 3 ml stubby bottles are a perfect fit for
EZY DOSE Pill Fob Key chain.
Its a little metal cylinder with an O-Ring seal, will not leak and keeps juice bottle protected from the EEEEVILLL world.

What a great idea! I have one of those fobs, but never thought about using it for this. Sweet!

I am only 4 days in, but here is what I carry to make it through a day at work:

1. 510 with atty and cart attached. Ready to rock.
2. PCC with spare batt, spare atty, and two spare carts.

Every night, the PCC and both batts get charged while I sleep.

I don't have different mixes yet, just 26mg Menthol juice from Ecopure. I only fill carts for THAT particular day. So three a day. Don't know if it makes a difference for anything, that's just the way I do it.
