a warning for people thinking about buying from them
I picked up a six pack of 510 models from them they shipped me a box of 403s . I have spent SIX hours talking with them and attempting to get them to resolve the order
the current order of resolution was
1st it was it i just don't know what im talking about
1stpart a oops we messed up and we will send you the correct stuff on your next order ?
2nd was oh we updated our product it's "the new" 510
3nd when attempting to get the 510 product they no longer make them sorry we have not updated our website to reflect the change
4th well we need to talk to our engineer
im starting to get the feeling
not to mention the kits i recieved were missing 1 atomizer each and they failed to ship another item
difference between the new 510 and the old ...well it would be easier for me to say look at there 403 model and compair it to the 510.

feel free to buckle in get a drink and watch the posts . i have attached a copy of the chat log for anyone who has the time to kill

I am a ..... to deal with i understand that so feel free to limit your comments on that known fact.
i know im boned, i am posting this for others to help form there opnion based on all available information

i have 3 510 kits in my hand from three different vendors ( ordered from inside and outside the usa. i also looked at your product photos to compair it to your 510 model. the model that you shipped me looks like the 401-403 manual battery male threads on the battery terminal and only ONE atomizer inthe box. ( there was an extra cart in the charging case of the one i did open. )

i am not attempting to pull a fast one. i have 10 different models of ecigs in front of me i have been attempting to find which product i felt was best before entering the market place with the 510 model is it in my opnion. i would love to see a relationship moving forward and getting a US and MEXICO based chain in process before christmas season. the model i recieved is not the product that
remember there are two discussions to be had 1. getting the 510kits and missing cigar shipped out . the 2nd issue is sending back , or buying the kits that are in my hand.

Wow, I am going through almost the exact thing with this company!!! I ordered 12 510 kits black with blue led lights and I got what looked like to me (after over 3 weeks of waiting for my shipment) 12 510 kits black with a green led light, I thought oh well no biggie right? WRONG! These were m 401's batteries stuck in a 510 kit. they look very simular. I didnt find this out untill I sold over half of them. Now I had to order real 510 batteries from Healthcabin and send them out to my custemers as soon as possable! Meanwhile the same headache comunicating with this company for some sort of compusation.:mad:

Oh yeah forgot to mention that Wendy also told me she would ship the batteries with my next order! LOL..... NEVER will I ever order from this company again! I doubt very much I will see any compusation on this so I hope anyone thinking of placing an order finds this post 1st. HealthCabin has been very profesional and nice and will get my buisness from now on.

Like I said in my previous post that it took over 3 weeks for my order to get to me. Durring my wait I would e mail them asking if everything was ok and I got 2 lame excuses. 1st one was that the factory lost power then the next week the excuse was they were sick. I kindda got a feeling then I was in trouble.:( by the way I am a new reailer in this buisness and this was my 1st order so I am not starting out very good and most of my custemers were friends of mine.

how long ago was this

i got very lucky myself. i placed a few 10 unit orders with other companys just incase one threw down the yellow flag i could move forward without any major setbacks.

i believe im going to chuck these kits to people at cost without warranty just to have em gone .

i just don't like good people getting screwed. which to date is what this company has to offer .

I'm kind of dealing with Top Machinery out of China in connection with my DSE102. Top-rol mini.
I got a starter kit (Skyrl) and it was awesome, and Eddie is a really nice guy, but with the impending ban, I had to stock up and fast. The cheaper the prices, the more I could buy.
I ordered attys and batteries. Well the attys arrived, but no batteries. When I said something to them, I was told they were in the order. I had to press a bit but they did finally give in and mailed them to me.
When I finally got them, I had trouble from the get-go and I'm beginning to wonder if the sales rep got them from the reject bin. They have been nothing but trouble. Hours to charge and then they'll only work for a very short time. Generally, to get any vapor, I had to pull hard several times. I think I’ve done in two attys because I had to get them so hot.
And, yes, I know it's the batteries because I still got one of my originals and when the atty is connected to it, everything works beautifully.
It's been very frustrating, especially since they have that holiday thing going on. I've emailed them, but I expect a big fight out of it.
I'll let you know how it comes out if I can find this thread again, but right now, I wouldn't trust anything that comes out of that factory.
I also had another order through them and they missed it up too and they sent me a USB plug-in instead of a charger I ordered.
If you do use this model, deal with Eddie. At least you have a good chance of getting replacement to bad parts because when I first got my starter kit, Eddie had to replace one of the batteries and he made it so easy.
My friend, who is the other part of jj2, also had trouble with a battery. He threw a fit here at ECF and I got on him for doing it, but now I think he had every right to.


Maybe it’s just the batteries they make that aren’t worth crap.:mad:

Wendy has sourced the "old style" 510 kits the ones we are use to seeing
and has agreed to send them out to me after i ship back the wrong/new510 kits back to them.
I WILL NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS but this issue seems to be resolved

PLEASE NOTE THERE SITE HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED YET BUT I HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY ARE WORKING ON IT CURRENTLY
THE NEW 510KITS HAVE male threads on the battery instead of the atomizer ( unlike the current 801,510,901 )

So what if you were someone like Serraangel and she has sold the kits to her friends? " I am one of them. Iwant to find out what is going to happen to her like is she screwed or will matters be resoved. She will send us new batterys from a differant suplier, But it will suck 4 her if she has to lose money. What do ya think?

i live in texas . im use to english mix
im a product of an indiana public school. you can tell that i don't know it that well.

i would focus more into the product issues they are currently having and how they are resolving them moving forward. i assume there are 9 orders a day 200 since i placed my order i would assume 1/8th from the site here and 1/2 of them can tell the difference between the two models .

i am waiting for photos of what she is going to send me

I'm sorry to hear about your problem. I'm glad its resolved, although you shouldn't be stuck with shipping charges. Reading the conversations was pretty bizarre... I'd have been blowing a gasket!

One thing puzzles me; your comment about male thread locations. On the 510 its always been the reverse of 401, 801 and 901.
