Well for it to become a NRT the whole device would need to pass the so called test that they have. If it did pass, and I am only saying If. Say it was a Joye 510 kit.

All other kits like the 901/801 that didn't take the test would then become illegal correct?

Also on top of that if you made your own battery holder(a pv mod) changing the original voltage then I think it would be considered a felony. Unless that mod/pv went threw the same testing as the Joye 510 kit.

Reason is if you look at any chemical packaging it always says something like it's a feleony to use this product any other way than what is directed. So taking that atomizer, and using it on something else would be doing something that isn't directed on the package.

Am I correct on this?

Checking packaging ...................IT is a violation of federal law to use this item in a manner inconsistant with labeling...........blah blah blah. Felony would probably only apply if your inconsistant use was a felony. Like making fertilizer into an explosive.

For our purposes, should be more along the lines of it's against the law to remove this tag from the matteress. This applies to the seller, not the buyer. No one really cares what you do with your own stuff as long as it doesnt harm you or those around you. But if a mattress vendor is recycling used hotel mattresses by removing the tags..........someone's gonna get em.

Honestly I think it's mainly a CYA from the manufacturer. We told you how to use it, if you didnt follow directions YOU are the one at fault.
