Hmm. In bulk, then, they are about $17 each. And the atomizers, same page, are $5 each. Before shipping and with no customer service, of course.
901's and 801's are $17 too and cheapest retail prices w/ shipping for both are around $40. So it wont be any cheaper at the time when it hits your door. That leaves $40-$17=$23 to cover for all shipping costs and profit, BTW.
I think everybody is aware of that. Your order must total $700. But, come on, what a deal for suppliers .... Real disposables ... mini fogger ... old stuff ....
Looks more like this fake company is blatent and illegal copying JANTY products! Please be aware that if you buy from this company, you commit a criminal offense by purchasing illegal and fake copies. Janty cannot be held responsible for any claims for these copies.
Please be assured that JANTY will ALWAYS announce OFFICIAL distributors on this and other forums.
We are currently investigating several of these cases and WILL pursue these pirates by any legal means necessary.
What it means for our end consumers if you buy these fake copies: We will need to fight these pirates through our lawyer and patent office and this is costly, therefore some models we announced will not be available in the near future because we will need to cut in our development budgets and bring these budgets over to our legal defense.
It also means that if you buy from these kind of pirates, your after sales are not assured, probably not even the shipping of the items since we have informed customs in Europe and the USA to stop and destroy any electronic cigarettes that are in breach with our patents.
I'm really sorry to see all of this happening, and I am sorry that this has repercussions on the community as well. I just trust your good judging and hope the community react firmly to get rid of the bad apples in the basket.

They aren't claiming Janty, they simply have an ecig that *looks* like the Janty Minifogger. If branded Janty, that's one thing, but having a look alike infringes on nothing that I'm familiar with ...

The 808 has been around for a while now. It's made by Kanger and there's 2 different models available (apart from there being different colors). The 808 is 98mm long and the 808A is 89mm. Super Mini E-cigarette
So I don't see any connection with the Janty mini fogger.
The disposable cigarette from Royal Smokers is an M401 with a non-rechargeable lithium battery. No more, no less. Atomizers and batteries are exchangeable. You can even put the non-rechargeable battery in your M401 charger by accident. Haven't tried what happens then though

News: We have just finished a trow away atomizer inside the cartridge model, just like the LT. Ok to be honest: we purchased the LT and copied it, then we improved it. Needs a bit more testing but looks alright for now... it's just that we think it still is kind of unnecessary waste, so we are considering other options too. - Ludo 09/25/08

Let's not start about that inhere. The fact that there's a model on the market (and has been for a couple of months now) which has the same measurements is not a crime. No one's giving any dis-information about this. The only thing which is confusing here is that the pictures on both websites are the same.
The previous forum I used to visit was killed by the fact that sellers and manufacturers were fighting with eachother which got completely out of control. Let's not create that same situation inhere and let the manufacturers handle their legal businesses outside the forums please. No offense to anyone involved.
no, you can open it, test it, do whatever you want with it for as long as it is internal research. Just do not copy it or sell it.

The idea of developing a trow away atomizer/cart is interesting, as long as there is a minimum of waste. Throwing away a real atomizer inside a cart would be a waste. A simple filament in a cart that acts as heating element is more interesting, but there is a heat problem... as long as the cart is moist it will work, but when the part of the cart that wraps around the filament gets too dry, it will burn. When it burns, you inhale carcinogenic chemicals.
The Ruyan vegas has a very good atomizer, it could probably last much longer then just one month, that is waste I think. Some here have tried to reconnect it with a rechargeable battery but have not succeeded. But fact is, the Vegas is very good cigar and the copies that are being sold, are not.
It is difficult to find a compromise when trying to find solutions to common problems. Some people want long lasting quality and good after sales service, some want a cheap throw away atomizer without warranty. What is wisdom?

well and good, but to stay on point..are you still determined to have your lawyers write to the factory which manufactures your mini fogger to tell them to stop manufacturing your mini fogger because you have the patents to prevent anyone else but the factory which manufactures your mini fogger from manufacturing it which also happens to be that factory or are you just going to have your lawyers write to royal smoker and tell them not to advertise kanger's 808 with pictures of your re-branded version ?
